为确保机组临修工作高标准、高质量完成，米东热电公司成立#1机组临修专项工作组，进行超前部署、制定方案、列出清单、细化措施、开展技术交底，明确技术质量要求，交代现场风险隐患，明确责任人与时间节点，确保实现机组修后零缺陷和机组一次性启动成功。机组检修期间，米东热电公司一方面科学合理安排施工任务和工期，严格执行机组检修计划，针对所涉及的设备安全隐患和缺陷，按照检修项目清单及方案规范作业，深入分析机组运行状况，认真排查设备隐患缺陷，细化任务目标；另一方面合理安排工作人员，米东热电公司各级领导轮班值守现场作业面，实时掌握现场检修动态，经过全体员工13天的团结奋战，完成多项重点检修项目，空预器检修冲洗、低温省煤器检修冲洗、锅炉浇注料检修等重点检修项目保质保量的完工，机组检修超前完成，检修完成后能够大幅提升机组运行可靠性和经济性。机组启动期间，运行人员精心监盘、准确调整、严密监视，现场巡检人员听从指挥、准确操作，最终实现了锅炉点火、汽机冲转、并网一次成功。目前，1号机组各系统状态、参数正常，运行平稳。

After the completion of maintenance, the reliability and economy of the unit can be greatly improved. During the start-up of the unit, the operation personnel carefully monitored the disk, accurately adjusted and closely monitored, and the on-site inspection personnel obeyed the command and accurately operated, and finally realized the boiler ignition, steam engine rush and grid connection. At present, the system status and parameters of Unit 1 are normal and the operation is stable.
