在对青田县外雄水电站工程进行竣工验收的过程中，验收组听取了参建单位汇报，对施工质量、工程完成情况以及工程资料等方面进行了细致检查。验收组审查相关资料后，认为该项目建设管理过程符合设计及规范要求，手续齐备，工程质量合格，一致同意通过竣工验收。

青田县外雄水电站工程位于浙江青田瓯江主干流大溪上，是一座以发电为主，结合改善航运条件等综合利用的水利枢纽工程。电站坝址以上流域面积9265平方千米，相应库容1717万立方米，总装机容量48兆瓦，多年平均发电量1.415亿千瓦时。

青田县外雄水电站工程建成后，能够改善当地航运条件，促进当地水运交通，降低物流成本，同时可以提供稳定的电力供应，提升当地工业和居民用电的稳定性和可靠性，对助力青田县与外界的物资交流和促进经济社会高质量发展，具有重要作用。

In the process of completion acceptance of Weixiong hydropower Station project in Qingtian County, the inspection team listened to the report of the participating units, and carried out a careful inspection on the construction quality, the completion of the project and the engineering data. After reviewing the relevant information, the acceptance team believes that the construction management process of the project meets the design and standard requirements, the procedures are complete, the project quality is qualified, and it is unanimously agreed to pass the completion acceptance.

Qingtian County Waixiong Hydropower Station project is located in Zhejiang Qingtian Oujiang River main stream Daxi, is a power generation, combined with improving shipping conditions and other comprehensive utilization of water conservancy project. The basin above the dam site of the power station covers an area of 9,265 square kilometers, with a corresponding storage capacity of 17.17 million cubic meters, a total installed capacity of 48 megawatts, and an average annual power generation of 141.5 million KWH.

After the completion of the Qingtian County Waixiong Hydropower Station project, it can improve local shipping conditions, promote local water transportation, reduce logistics costs, provide stable power supply, improve the stability and reliability of local industry and residential electricity consumption, and play an important role in facilitating the material exchange between Qingtian County and the outside world and promoting high-quality economic and social development.
