项目位于广东惠州大亚湾石化区内，由广东粤电大亚湾综合能源有限公司投资建设，是广东省重点建设项目。本期建设2套665兆瓦（H级）燃气—蒸汽联合循环热电联产机组，是国内首个兼具氢能利用的一体化综合能源示范基地。

项目建成后，年发电量约47亿千瓦时，供热量1112万吉焦，将有力提升惠州市电力支撑能力，满足大亚湾石化区西部的热负荷需求，同时消纳周边重大项目产生的可燃含氢尾气，提高能源综合利用率，探索引领粤港澳大湾区综合能源供应新模式，对加快实现碳达峰碳中和目标具有积极意义。

The project is located in the Daya Bay Petrochemical Zone of Huizhou, Guangdong Province, invested by Guangdong Yudian Daya Bay Comprehensive Energy Co., LTD., and is a key construction project in Guangdong Province. In this period, two sets of 665 MW (H class) gas-steam combined cycle cogeneration units were built, which is the first integrated comprehensive energy demonstration base with hydrogen energy utilization in China.

After the completion of the project, the annual power generation will be about 4.7 billion KWH and the heating capacity will be 11.12 million GW, which will effectively improve the power support capacity of Huizhou, meet the heat load demand of the western part of the Daya Bay Petrochemical Area, and absorb the combustible hydrogen exhaust generated by major projects around the area, improve the comprehensive energy utilization rate, and explore a new model of comprehensive energy supply leading the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. It has positive significance to accelerate the realization of carbon peak carbon neutrality.
