4月1日，根据收到的中标通知书显示，青海公司成功取得青海省德令哈2x66万千瓦煤电项目开发权，该项目为集团公司在青海首个火电项目。该项目由青海公司牵头，国电电力青海新能源公司、龙源青海公司配合，共同完成项目业主遴选投标。

德令哈2x66万千瓦煤电项目位于德令哈市政府东南约6公里处，计划2024年9月开工，2026年底全容量投产。该项目作为跨季调节的支撑电源，对青海电网提供有功、无功和转动惯量支撑具有重要意义。同时，项目预留增容扩建4台机组的可行性，将有效支撑海西柴达木“风光火蓄储”沙戈荒基地和外送通道的开发建设。

青海公司将以该项目为契机，围绕“一示范两基地”发展布局，全力推动海西、海南、海北、果洛等能源项目建设，确保“十四五”期间，实现新增清洁能源装机1000万千瓦以上、储备1000万千瓦以上、投资600亿元以上三个目标，进一步在新型电力系统中发挥兜底保供作用，促进青海更大层面、更高程度的新能源开发利用。

On April 1, according to the notice of acceptance received, Qinghai Company successfully obtained the right to develop the 2x660,000 kW coal power project in Delingha, Qinghai Province, which is the first thermal power project of the Group company in Qinghai. The project is led by Qinghai Company, and Guodian Electric Power Qinghai New Energy Company and Longyuan Qinghai Company cooperate to jointly complete the project owner selection and bidding.

The Delingha 2x660,000 kW coal power project is located about 6 km southeast of Delingha Municipal Government and is scheduled to start in September 2024 and put into full capacity by the end of 2026. The project is of great significance to provide active power, reactive power and moment of inertia support for Qinghai power grid. At the same time, the feasibility of the project to reserve additional capacity and expansion of 4 units will effectively support the development and construction of Haixi Qaidam "scenic fire storage" sand desert base and delivery channel.

Qinghai Company will take this project as an opportunity to focus on the development layout of "one demonstration and two bases", fully promote the construction of energy projects in Haixi, Hainan, Haibei and Guoluo, and ensure that during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, the three goals of adding more than 10 million kilowatts of clean energy installed capacity, more than 10 million kilowatts of reserves, and more than 60 billion yuan of investment will be achieved. Further play the role of guaranteeing supply in the new power system, and promote the development and utilization of new energy at a larger level and to a higher degree in Qinghai.
