玛尔挡水电站位于青海省果洛藏族自治州玛沁县拉加镇上游约5千米的黄河干流上，所处地区平均海拔3300米，总装机容量232万千瓦，是黄河流域在建海拔最高、装机最大的水电站，也是国家实施“西电东送”和“青电入豫”的骨干电源点，以及国家和青海省重点能源项目。该基地已列入青海省“十四五”能源发展规划，预计“十五五”末全部建成投产发电，对青海省打造清洁能源产业高地、构建国家绿色低碳安全高效能源体系和新时代西部大开发战略实施具有重要意义。

在该项目中，沈阳中变电气有限责任公司承担了变压器设备提供、电气成套以及专业的现场服务，助力项目完成落地。在项目初期，我公司根据客户需求和目标，提供出了一套要求严格的满足高海拔的变压器解决方案，并能在高寒低温环境下稳定运行。在项目后期，现场调试工作面临着缺氧和寒冷高原环境的双重挑战。然而，中变电气的工程师们凭借专业精神，克服了重重困难，与客户紧密配合，顺利完成了现场箱变的调试工作，为项目的成功完成奠定了坚实基础。

Maerblock Hydropower Station is located on the main stream of the Yellow River, about 5 kilometers upstream of Laga Town, Maqin County, Guoluo Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province, with an average altitude of 3,300 meters and a total installed capacity of 2.32 million kilowatts. It is the highest and largest hydropower station under construction in the Yellow River Basin, and it is also the backbone power point of the state's implementation of "West to East power transmission" and "green electricity into Henan". As well as national and Qinghai province key energy projects. The base has been included in the "14th Five-Year Plan" energy development plan of Qinghai Province, and is expected to be completed and put into operation at the end of the "15th Five-Year Plan", which is of great significance for Qinghai Province to build a clean energy industry highland, build a national green, low-carbon, safe and efficient energy system and implement the western development strategy in the new era.

In this project, Shenyang Zhongbian Electric Co., Ltd. undertook the provision of transformer equipment, electrical sets and professional on-site services to help complete the project. At the beginning of the project, according to the needs and objectives of the customer, our company provided a set of stringent transformer solutions to meet the high altitude, and can operate stably in the cold and low temperature environment. In the later stage of the project, the site commissioning work faced the dual challenges of hypoxia and cold plateau environment. However, with professional spirit, the engineers of Zhongbian Electric overcame many difficulties and worked closely with the customer to successfully complete the commissioning of the on-site box transformer, laying a solid foundation for the successful completion of the project.
