3月28日，伴随着白川水电站工程项目顺利通过了临夏州竣工验收，标志着该电站工程建设圆满收官。

甘肃省临夏州发展和改革委员会对白川水电站竣工工程8个专项验收，2847项单元工程自评、复核、认定，验收鉴定符合各项设计、规范、质量标准要求，且在工程建设中发挥了应有作用，综合评议达到合格率100%等级标准，同意通过了该工程竣工专项验收，质量评定等级为优良，最终一次性通过正式验收。

白川水电站紧扣“绿色甘肃521”发展战略为引领，以“三个提升”专项行动为重要抓手，全面加强竣工管理，立足工程竣工服务职能，构建规范管理格局，发挥专业资源优势，提升项目竣工水电板块管控，在清洁能源效能利用，自主经营验收管理，项目办理取证等方面积累了工作经验。

On March 28, along with the Bai Chuan hydropower Station project successfully passed the completion and acceptance of Linxia, marking the successful completion of the power station project construction.

Shirakawa Hydropower Station closely follows the "Green Gansu 521" development strategy, takes the "three improvements" special action as an important starting point, comprehensively strengthens the completion management, bases itself on the project completion service function, builds a standardized management pattern, gives full play to the advantages of professional resources, improves the control of the completed hydropower plate of the project, utilizes clean energy efficiency, and conducts independent operation and acceptance management. I have accumulated working experience in project handling and obtaining evidence.
