发电机定子是汽轮发电机本体首个就位的关键部件，重达445吨，是常规岛侧最重的单体设备。为保障发电机定子吊装平稳、就位精准，项目建设团队始终将安全质量放在首位，坚持规范施工、严把质量关口，对施工方案进行了多次评审、反复验证、逐步完善，并多次组织方案推演与踏勘模拟，建立专项工作每日碰头会制度，按照施工进度有序开展先决条件检查、危大工程实施前检查、模拟实验等工作。同时在吊装期间实施全程监督，严控安全质量，确保整个吊装过程安全、有序、可控。

海阳核电3号机组发电机定子吊装就位是海阳核电二期项目重要的里程碑节点之一，也是汽轮发电机安装关键工序之一，为3号机组常规岛厂房封闭及后续汽轮发电机本体安装工作奠定了坚实基础。

At 13:10 on June 18, the generator stator of Unit 3 of Haiyang Nuclear Power Plant was successfully hoisted into place in 5 hours and 2 minutes.

The generator stator is the first key part of the turbine generator body in place, weighing 445 tons, it is the heaviest single piece of equipment on the conventional island side. In order to ensure the stable and accurate installation of the generator stator, the project construction team always puts safety and quality in the first place, adheres to standardized construction and strictly controls the quality barrier, conducts several reviews, repeated verification and gradual improvement of the construction plan, and repeatedly organizes the plan deduction and field survey simulation, and establishes a daily meeting system for special work. According to the construction schedule, the work of prerequisite inspection, pre-implementation inspection of hazardous projects, simulation experiment and so on shall be carried out in an orderly manner. At the same time, the whole process is supervised during the lifting period, and the safety and quality are strictly controlled to ensure that the whole lifting process is safe, orderly and controllable.

The installation of generator stator of Unit 3 of Haiyang Nuclear Power Plant is one of the important milestone nodes of the Phase II project of Haiyang Nuclear Power Plant, and also one of the key processes of turbine generator installation, laying a solid foundation for the closure of the regular island plant of Unit 3 and the subsequent installation of the turbine generator body.
