6月19日,由中国水电四局机电安装分局承建的黄河羊曲水电站3号机组定子铁心磁化试验顺利完成。至此,电站三台机组定子铁心磁化试验全部圆满完成。 定子铁心被誉为水电站发电机磁路的“高速公路”,在机组能量转换过程中起着关键作用。磁化试验是检验定子铁心装配质量的重要技术手段,目的在于校核定子铁心硅钢片制造、现场叠装、压紧等安装质量,检验铁片间是否有短路情况、片间绝缘是否良好等。 “羊曲水电站机组定子组装工序多、精度高、工艺严,通过借鉴先进安装经验,优化施工工艺,成功解决定位筋安装调整等技术难题。”据现场施工负责人介绍,3号机组定子铁心内径为12.8米、高2.55米,由18万余张0.5毫米厚的硅钢片叠装而成,总重达410吨,铁心圆柱度达到0.31毫米,远超国标优良标准1.08毫米。2号机组定子铁心圆柱度0.33毫米,1号机组定子铁心圆柱度0.30毫米,电站三台机组定子铁心磁化试验均一次性顺利通过。 此次磁化试验结果表明,定子铁心单位损耗、温升、温差及噪音等各项参数均达到“精品机组”指标,定子具备下线条件。项目部将紧密联合业主、监理、厂家有序推进羊曲水电站机电安装后续各项工作,全力保障2024年三台机组投产发电。 On June 19, the stator core magnetization test of Unit 3 of Yangqu Hydropower Station in Huanghe was successfully completed by the Mechanical and Electrical Installation Branch of China Hydropower Bureau No. 4. According to the person in charge of the site construction, the stator core of the No.3 unit has an inner diameter of 12.8 meters and a height of 2.55 meters. It is composed of more than 180,000 sheets of 0.5 mm thick silicon steel stacked, with a total weight of 410 tons, and the cylindrosity of the core reaches 0.31 mm, far exceeding the national standard of 1.08 mm.
