6月20日15时52分,“华龙一号”批量化建设工程漳州核电1号机组安全壳打压试验顺利完成。随着漳州核电1号机组人员闸门的缓缓打开,历时195小时的试验结果表明,漳州核电1号机组安全壳整体密封性良好,结构强度符合设计要求,此次试验圆满成功,为后续机组装料、临界、并网发电奠定了坚实基础。至此,承载着闽南区域经济发展的“动力引擎”漳州核电1号机组距离2024年底投入商业运行的目标更进一步,“国家名片”华龙一号批量化建设项目再下一城!

安全壳是核电厂的最后一道安全屏障,安全壳打压试验是一项在调试和大修期间执行的时间跨度较长的大型综合性试验,其主要目的是检验安全壳的密封性能、结构强度以及外观变化是否满足设计要求,确保第三道安全屏障的稳定、可靠。安全壳打压试验占据关键路径时间长、涉及部门多、涵盖试验项目多、风险管控要求高。

漳州核电项目建设大团队切实贯彻落实集团公司党组“整体·协同”年专项行动部署要求,成立漳州核电1号机组安全壳打压试验专项组,统筹协调中核工程、中核二三、中核二四、中核五公司等参建单位,集中资源配置,秉承攻坚克难、集智攻关的协同精神,坚持“充分准备、一丝不苟、万无一失、一次成功”的工作理念,按照最高标准、最严格要求,经过195小时的协同作战,顺利完成了各个压力平台下的所有试验,全面验证了漳州核电1号机组安全壳的密封性和结构强度符合设计要求。

At 15:52 on June 20, the containment pressure test of Zhangzhou Nuclear Power Unit 1 of the "Hualong One" batch construction project was successfully completed. With the slow opening of Zhangzhou Nuclear Power Unit 1 crew gate, the test results lasting 195 hours show that the overall containment of Zhangzhou Nuclear Power Unit 1 is well sealed, and the structural strength meets the design requirements. The test is a complete success, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent unit loading, critical and grid-connected power generation. At this point, the Zhangzhou Nuclear Power Unit 1, the "power engine" carrying the economic development of southern Fujian, is further from the goal of putting into commercial operation by the end of 2024, and the "national business card" Hualong No. 1 batch construction project will be the next city!

Containment is the last safety barrier for nuclear power plants. Containment compression test is a large-scale comprehensive test with a long time span during commissioning and overhaul. Its main purpose is to check whether the containment seal performance, structural strength and appearance changes meet the design requirements and ensure the stability and reliability of the third safety barrier. Containment pressure tests occupy a long critical path, involve many departments, cover many test projects, and have high risk control requirements.

The construction team of Zhangzhou Nuclear Power Project earnestly implemented the special action deployment requirements of the "whole · coordination" year of the Party Group of the Group company, established a special team for containment suppression test of Zhangzhou Nuclear Power Unit 1, coordinated the construction units of China Nuclear Engineering, China Nuclear No. 2, China Nuclear No. 2, China Nuclear No. 4, China Nuclear No. 5, etc., concentrated resource allocation, adhering to the collaborative spirit of tackling difficulties and pooling wisdom. Adhering to the working philosophy of "full preparation, meticulous, foolproof, one success", in accordance with the highest standards and the most stringent requirements, after 195 hours of collaborative operations, we successfully completed all tests under each pressure platform, and fully verified that the sealing and structural strength of the containment of Zhangzhou Nuclear Power Unit 1 meet the design requirements.
