硗碛水电站大坝安全监测自动化升级改造项目包括原监测仪器自动化改造、新增引张线、GNSS、强震自由台场、基岩变位计、气象站、监测管理站及中心站等内容。主要作业点位于海拔2000m以上，大坝边坡、坝体交通廊道、泄洪洞出口、调压室、灯光变形体等部位无法通车，材料均只能由人工背运，加之通讯、电源布设受地形和自然条件限制，工期极为紧张。

为保证施工进度，公司积极协调通讯、电源线路接入及材料转运，项目管理人员对承包单位工期安排和人员调度计划进行严格管理，确保了每个子项均如期完成，最终实现了项目提前收官。
