除盐水子项是核电厂工艺系统运行的“供血站”。“除盐水可用”一级里程碑节点的实现,对于徐大堡核电厂3、4号机组建安阶段系统冲洗乃至机组调试启动至关重要。2023年7月,调试生产准备处组建了以常规岛系统科牵头、各相关专业科室参与的除盐水调试专项组,并编制发布除盐水调试专项计划,全面启动除盐水子项调试准备工作。

“七分准备,三分实施”是核电调试工作最重要特点之一。除盐水调试专项组成立后,坚持“稳、细、全”的工作方法,统筹推进除盐水子项调试各项准备工作。

1、精益化技术准备

全方位夯牢基础

专项组认真研讨除盐水系统文件及18份相关系统流程图,编制完成17份调试程序、15份P-ESP文件,制定了联合冲洗方案、保养程序;依据专项计划编制,并通过组织除盐水调试联合桌面推演完善优化除盐水调试逻辑图;对调试实施期间进行安全风险分析和识别,针对酸、碱危化品装卸和储存制定应急预案,并组织现场演练。

派遣相关系统负责人参与兄弟单位除盐水子项调试工作,开展专项经验反馈并充分借鉴应用到徐大堡核电厂3、4号机组上;积极参与除盐水子项设计审查工作,对除盐水步序表、除盐水运行控制说明及逻辑组态提出43条设计优化意见,并组织召开了除盐水子项系统控制和逻辑组态问题研讨会。

Demineralized water is the "blood supply station" for the operation of the process system of nuclear power plant. The realization of the first level milestone node of "debrine available" is very important for the system flushing and commissioning of units 3 and 4 in the construction and installation stage of Xudapu nuclear Power Plant. In July 2023, the Commissioning and Production Preparation Department set up a special dewatering commissioning group led by the regular Island System Section and participated by all relevant professional departments, and formulated and released a special plan for dewatering commissioning to fully start the preparation work for the dewatering sub-item commissioning.

"Seven points of preparation, three points of implementation" is one of the most important features of nuclear power commissioning. After the special debrine commissioning group was established, it adhered to the working method of "steady, fine and complete", and coordinated and promoted the preparatory work of the debrine sub-commissioning.

1. Preparation of lean technology

All-round consolidation foundation

The special team carefully studied the debrine system documents and 18 related system flow charts, compiled 17 debugging procedures, 15 P-ESP documents, and formulated joint flushing plans and maintenance procedures. According to the special plan, and improve and optimize the debrine commissioning logic diagram by organizing the debrine commissioning combined with desktop simulation; Conduct safety risk analysis and identification during commissioning and implementation, formulate emergency plans for loading, unloading and storage of acid and alkali hazardous chemicals, and organize on-site drills.

Dispatch relevant system leaders to participate in the commissioning of sub-items of debrine in brother units, carry out special experience feedback and fully learn from the application of units 3 and 4 of Xudabu nuclear Power plant; Actively participated in the design review of debrine sub-items, put forward 43 design optimization opinions on the debrine step table, debrine operation control description and logic configuration, and organized a seminar on the control and logic configuration of debrine sub-items system.
