高埗电厂改扩建项目规划总容量为2×470MW(F级)燃气蒸汽联合循环机组，由中国能源建设集团广东省电力设计研究院有限公司总承包建设。3号机组是深圳市燃气集团股份有限公司的首台9F级燃气—蒸汽联合循环热电联产机组，也是粤能公司与深圳市燃气集团股份有限公司合作第一个项目。作为广东省发改委“十四五”能源发展规划保供电重点项目，高埗电厂改扩建项目建成后，将进一步提高当地电力供应能力，为周边地区提供高效可靠热能，提高负荷中心电源支撑能力，增强东莞电网的调峰能力和抗灾保障能力，推动美丽东莞建设，促进粤港澳大湾区绿色发展，助力湾区实现“碳达峰”、“碳中和”目标。

百舸争流奋楫者先，千帆竞发勇进者胜。调试项目部在吹管及整套期间试运过程中克服诸多艰难险阻：燃气滤网频繁堵塞、汽机轴承箱漏油、高压给水泵组振动大、汽机#2轴承高度无法顶起、凝汽器循环水管泄漏、汽机上下缸温偏差大、低压缸左右侧热膨胀量不均、低压缸负胀差大、中压过热蒸汽管道超压、高旁阀卡涩等异常情况。在困难面前，粤能公司调试项目部全体成员敢于挑战，迎难而上，主动加班加点，力保工程进度。充分发挥调试带头作用；以调试促安装，紧紧围绕工程设计质量、设备质量、安装质量、调试质量进行全方位、全系统、全过程管控，全力以赴保安全、抓质量、抢进度，积极配合厂家及安装单位消除缺陷，为机组的安全稳定运行提供有力保障。168小时满负荷试运期间，汽机、燃机、余热锅炉、发电机等主体设备及其辅助设备运行稳定，汽水品质合格，各项参数均达到设计要求，联合机组振动值达到优良水平。电气热工保护投入率达到100%，仪表及自动化投入率达到100%，脱硝及环保设施同时投入使用，各项烟气环保指标符合排放标准要求。

高埗项目3号机组顺利投产，离不开项目经理欧阳伟基的辛勤付出，作为公司总工程师兼项目经理，欧阳总一心致力于高埗调试项目部工作，协调整个调试项目的顺利实施，促进各单位间的协作，确保项目能够顺利完成，把工程建设安全放在第一位置。在项目经理带领下，项目部各专业负责人及技术人员同心协力、通力合作，从厂用电受电、余热锅炉吹管、整套启动、满负荷试运行均按项目指挥部制定的调试计划努力推进，调试项目部各专业人员对工作认真负责，精益求精，始终以技术过硬为核心，发扬顽强拼搏、一丝不苟、科学严谨的调试精神进行调试工作，受到业主及总承包方赞许。在整套项目期间粤能公司副总经理孔范太多次在高埗项目现场进行严格把关，确保调试工作顺利进行。

The planned total capacity of Gaobu Power Plant renovation and expansion project is 2×470MW(F class) gas-steam combined cycle unit, which is under the general contract of Guangdong Electric Power Design and Research Institute Co., LTD., China Energy Construction Group. Unit 3 is the first 9F-class gas-steam combined cycle cogeneration unit of Shenzhen Gas Group Co., LTD. It is also the first project of cooperation between Yueneng Company and Shenzhen Gas Group Co., LTD. As a key project to ensure power supply in the "14th Five-Year Plan" energy development Plan of Guangdong Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Gaobu Power Plant renovation and expansion project will further improve the local power supply capacity, provide efficient and reliable heat energy for surrounding areas, improve the power supply support capacity of load centers, enhance the peak load capacity and disaster protection capacity of Dongguan power grid, and promote the construction of beautiful Dongguan. To promote the green development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and help the Bay Area achieve its goal of "carbon peaking" and "carbon neutrality".

The debugging project department overcame many difficulties and obstacles during the trial operation of the blowpipe and the whole set: Frequent clogging of gas filter screen, oil leakage of turbine bearing box, large vibration of high pressure feed water pump set, failure to lift the bearing height of turbine #2, leakage of condenser circulating water pipe, large temperature deviation of upper and lower cylinder, uneven thermal expansion of left and right side of low pressure cylinder, large negative expansion difference of low pressure cylinder, overpressure of medium pressure superheated steam pipe, high side valve jam and other abnormal conditions. In the face of difficulties, all members of the debugging project department of Yueneng Company dare to challenge, meet the difficulties, take the initiative to work overtime, and strive to ensure the progress of the project. Give full play to the leading role of debugging; Promote installation by commissioning, closely focus on engineering design quality, equipment quality, installation quality, debugging quality for all-round, system-wide, whole-process control, go all out to ensure safety, quality, and progress, and actively cooperate with manufacturers and installation units to eliminate defects, providing a strong guarantee for the safe and stable operation of the unit. During the 168-hour full load trial operation, the main equipment and auxiliary equipment such as steam engine, gas turbine, waste heat boiler and generator ran stably, the quality of steam water was qualified, all parameters met the design requirements, and the vibration value of the combined unit reached an excellent level. The input rate of electrical thermal protection has reached 100%, the input rate of instruments and automation has reached 100%, the denitrification and environmental protection facilities have been put into use at the same time, and the flue gas environmental protection indicators meet the emission standards.

The smooth operation of Unit 3 of Gaobu project is inseparable from the hard work of project manager Ouyang Weiji. As the chief engineer and project manager of the company, Ouyang is always committed to the work of Gaobu commissioning project Department, coordinating the smooth implementation of the entire commissioning project, promoting the cooperation between various units, ensuring the smooth completion of the project, and putting the safety of engineering construction in the first place. Under the leadership of the project manager, the professional leaders and technical personnel of the project department work together and work together to promote the commissioning plan formulated by the project headquarters from the plant power supply, waste heat boiler blowpipe, complete start-up and full load trial operation.
