反应堆冷却剂泵是一回路唯一转动设备，被称为核电厂的“心脏”，涉及水力、机械、力学、材料、焊接、电气、仪控等多个专业，是包含机械、电气、仪控、容器等多达千余种零部件的系统性设备，制造工期长，制造工艺复杂，质量要求高，是核电厂建设的关键设备，直接影响核电站安全可靠运行。

华能海南昌江核电有限公司设计采购部积极响应公司党委“163”攻坚号召，成立了以党员为骨干的“主泵攻坚队”，在整个项目执行中团队成员认真学习主泵技术规格书、试验规程，通过多种渠道不断收集其他电厂同类主泵的经验反馈，加强制造过程质量监督。设备制造期间，长期派员驻厂协调和监督设备制造质量、进度;设备试验期间会同总包单位、设计院、设备厂家解决了制约全流量试验的一系列问题;设备验收期间，协同总包单位、厂家、中核五公司、中核咨询等单位完成了主泵预检查、出厂验收等工作，验收发现的问题全部整改完毕。首台主泵成功发运是各方共同努力的结果，成果来之不易。

Huaneng Hainan Changjiang Nuclear Power Co., LTD. Design and Procurement department actively responded to the company's Party committee "163" call, set up a "main pump team" with party members as the backbone, in the entire project implementation team members carefully learn the main pump technical specifications, test procedures, through a variety of channels to constantly collect the experience of other power plants similar main pump feedback, strengthen the quality supervision of the manufacturing process. During the equipment manufacturing period, long-term staff stationed in the plant to coordinate and supervise the equipment manufacturing quality and progress; During the equipment test, we solved a series of problems restricting the full flow test with the general contractor, the design institute and the equipment manufacturer. During the equipment acceptance, we cooperated with the general contractor, manufacturers, CNNC 5 Company, CNNC Consulting and other units to complete the pre-inspection and factory acceptance of the main pump, and all the problems found in the acceptance were rectified. The successful delivery of the first main pump is the result of the joint efforts of all parties, and the results have not come easily.
