龙源电力浙江温岭江厦潮汐试验电站是国家级潮汐能源开发利用的试验基地,自1980年5月首台机组并网发电至今,始终围绕潮汐能特点、潮汐机组研制、海工建筑物技术问题研究和综合利用等四大方面开展探索和研究,取得了丰硕的研究成果。 基于“双向潮汐机组水力开发关键技术及工程应用”科技项目,深入研究了复杂海况及潮汐涨落潮规律,掌握了潮汐机组双向运行原理,开创性提出了双向流固耦合设计技术和组合优化设计技术,成功设计形成了适合不同海况不同要求的四叶片、三叶片系列转轮,综合水力性能超过国内外同类机组水平。 其中,双向三叶片转轮为国际首创,成功应用于江厦潮汐试验电站新1号机组,成为世界首例在役全功能三叶片灯泡贯流潮汐发电机组,填补了我国潮汐发电机组类型上的一项空白,巩固了我国在灯泡贯流潮汐发电从技术研究、机组设计制造到电站建设运行全方位的领先地位。该项目成果入选中国科学院《高技术发展报告》,荣获“全国优秀海洋工程”、电力创新技术一等奖等多项荣誉。 Longyuan Power Wenling Jiangxia Chaoxi Test Power Station in Zhejiang Province is a national test base for the development and utilization of tidal energy. Since the first unit was connected to the grid in May 1980, it has always carried out exploration and research on four aspects, including characteristics of tidal energy, development of tidal units, research on technical problems of offshore buildings and comprehensive utilization, and achieved fruitful research results. Based on the science and technology project "Key Technologies and Engineering Applications for Hydraulic Development of Bidirectional Tidal Units", we studied the complex sea conditions and the law of tidal fluctuation, mastered the bidirectional operation principle of tidal units, proposed the bidirectional fluid-structure coupling design technology and combined optimization design technology, and successfully designed and formed a series of four-blade and three-blade runner suitable for different sea conditions and different requirements. The comprehensive hydraulic performance exceeds the level of similar units at home and abroad. Among them, the bidirectional three-blade runner is the first of its kind in the world, and has been successfully applied to the new Unit 1 of Jiangxia Tidal Test Power Station, becoming the first full-function three-blade bulb cross-current tidal generator set in service in the world, filling a gap in the type of tidal generator set in China. Consolidated our country's leading position in the light bulb penetration tidal power generation from technical research, unit design and manufacturing to power station construction and operation. The project results were selected into the Chinese Academy of Sciences "High-tech Development Report", won the "National excellent ocean engineering", the first prize of electric power innovation technology and other honors. |
