该机组不仅适用于国内中高风速、台风地区,还可以应用于欧洲及其它国际高风速区域。同时,其复杂多变的吊装环境,也对大风机的运输、吊装等各环节提出了前所未有的挑战。中核机械工程项目团队提前统筹谋划,优化施工组织并开展技术创新,根据风电机组部件结构特性,创造性地针对3200t履带式起重机的结构和作业工况进行了优化升级,有效了保障各部件吊装施工的安全性。在不到一个月的时间内,完成了起重机的进场组装、升级后的性能调试和试验、风机吊装专用工装试验、风机部件吊装与安装等工作,大幅提升了施工效率,再度刷新风电最大试验机组施工的“中核速度”,以最优施工工艺、强大技术保障,响应并满足客户需求,为客户提供“更重、更远、更安全”的专业化服务,竭诚为客户创造价值。

以年平均风速8.5m/s测算,该机组全年发电量可达8000万度,相当于减少二氧化碳排放6.6万吨,约等于9.6万居民的年总用电量。

CNNC Mechanical engineering project team made overall planning in advance, optimized construction organization and carried out technical innovation, and creatively optimized and upgraded the structure and working conditions of 3200t crawler crane according to the structural characteristics of wind turbine components, effectively ensuring the safety of lifting construction of each component. In less than one month, we completed the approach assembly of the crane, the performance debugging and test after upgrading, the special tool test for fan hoisting, the hoisting and installation of fan components, etc., greatly improved the construction efficiency, once again refreshed the "core speed" of the construction of the largest wind power test unit, and responded to and met the needs of customers with the best construction technology and strong technical support. Based on the annual average wind speed of 8.5m/s, the annual power generation of the unit can reach 80 million KWH, equivalent to reducing carbon dioxide emissions of 66,000 tons, about equal to the total annual electricity consumption of 96,000 residents.
