日前，经过2个月的攻坚克难，老挝孟松600兆瓦风电工程最后一个风机平台开挖完成，土石方工程取得决定性胜利，为下一步结构施工、风机吊装争取到了充分的时间。业主高度肯定中国电建在项目施工中解决复杂施工难题的能力和决心。

老挝孟松风电场位于老挝南部塞公省达铮县，项目包含133台单机4.5兆瓦风机。此次完成的风机平台为项目海拔最高、气候条件最恶劣、道路距离最远、施工难度最大的机位，也是生物多样性特殊自然保护区。建设团队与业主、设计等多方积极沟通、协调，多次参与现场施工道路及平台位置的踏勘和复测。经过多次方案讨论和比选，最终得出最优线路，减少土石方开挖约14万方。同时，项目严格按照业主审批的开挖施工方案及环水保方案进行施工，工程进展顺利。

老挝孟松600兆瓦风电项目是东盟地区最大的风电场，也是老挝第一个山地风电项目。项目充分利用热带季风性气候带来的丰富风力资源，为老挝及周边国家提供持续的清洁能源。同时，在项目建设过程中招用了大量的老挝本土职工，为老挝当地创造了大量就业岗位，为当地经济发展起到了显著的推动作用。

Recently, after two months of overcoming difficulties, the excavation of the last wind turbine platform of the 600 MW wind power project in Mengsong, Laos, was completed, and the earthwork project achieved a decisive victory, which won sufficient time for the next step of structural construction and fan hoisting. The client highly affirmed PowerChina's ability and determination to solve complex construction problems during the project construction.

The Lao Mong Song Wind Farm is located in Dazheng County, Tsekung Province, southern Laos, and consists of 133 individual 4.5MW wind turbines. The completed fan platform is the highest altitude of the project, the worst climate conditions, the longest road distance, the most difficult construction position, and is also a special nature reserve of biodiversity. The construction team actively communicated and coordinated with the owners, designers and other parties, and participated in the reconnaissance and retesting of the site construction road and platform location for many times. After many scheme discussions and comparison selection, the optimal route is finally obtained, reducing about 140,000 square meters of earth and rock excavation. At the same time, the construction of the project was carried out in strict accordance with the excavation construction plan and environmental water protection plan approved by the owner, and the project progressed smoothly.

The 600 MW Mong Son Wind Power project in Laos is the largest wind farm in the ASEAN region and the first mountain wind power project in Laos. The project makes full use of the abundant wind resources brought by the tropical monsoon climate to provide sustainable clean energy for Laos and neighboring countries. At the same time, a large number of local Lao workers were recruited during the construction of the project, which created a large number of jobs for the local Lao people and played a significant role in promoting local economic development.
