苏能正镶400MW风光新能源项目位于内蒙古自治区锡林郭勒盟正镶白旗伊和淖尔苏木草原深处，项目总投资约14.2亿元，风电项目建设规模320MW，光伏项目额定装机容量80MW。作为“国家大型风电光伏基地项目”，该项目最大单机容量10MW，轮毂高度125m，叶轮直径233m，为目前国内最大的陆上风电机组。

九层之台起于垒土。风机基坑浇筑尤为重要，需要在坑基上竖起40层楼高的风机。基坑深4.5m，直径32m，浇筑量高达1158m?。浇筑工作的安全、质量和连续性尤为重要，需一次性完成。为高质量完成浇筑工作，苏能正镶新能源公司上下凝心聚力攻难关，系统谋划，多方协调，克服混凝土运输距离长、施工点多面广等困难，经不间断浇筑12小时，顺利完成该项目首台风机基坑浇筑工作。

Safety, quality and continuity of the pouring work are particularly important and need to be completed in one go. In order to complete the pouring work with high quality, Suneng Zhenginlaid new Energy Company concentrated its efforts to attack the difficulties, systematic planning and multi-sided coordination, overcome the difficulties of long concrete transportation distance and wide construction points, and successfully completed the pouring work of the first fan foundation pit of the project after 12 hours of uninterrupted pouring.
