“气化湖南工程”是我省重大民生工程、环境工程、战略发展工程，大湘西天然气管道支干线项目是“气化湖南工程”的重要组成部分，自2017年8月5日项目第一条天然气管道打火开焊以来，到2024年1月13日第四条天然气管道投产试运行，公司始终坚持以“气化湖南工程”建设为己任，勇担民生保供使命职责，全速推进项目建设，全力保障天然气稳供保供，陆续实现了沿线10个县市区的长输管道气供应，仅剩古丈县未能实现同步投产通气。

为放大古丈县绿水青山、生态整治、绿色转型效应，助力其以生态效益力争更大经济效益，公司积极主动与下游古丈县城燃企业高远天然气有限公司保持紧密对接，提供开口支持，协助其解决制约接气配套设施建设的诸多问题及在终端客户开发过程中遇到的重重困难，同时，在上下游的对接中，充分发挥中间桥梁纽带作用，不遗余力地推进合同谈判及资源锁定等事宜，竭力促成双方合作，从而实现古丈县的投产通气。

In order to amplify the green water and green mountains, ecological improvement and green transformation effect of Guzhang County, and help it strive for greater economic benefits with ecological benefits, the company actively maintains close docking with Gaoyuan Natural Gas Co., LTD., the downstream Guzhang County fuel enterprise, and provides open support to help it solve many problems restricting the construction of supporting facilities and difficulties encountered in the development process of end customers. At the same time, in the docking of upstream and downstream, give full play to the role of intermediate bridge, spare no effort to promote contract negotiations and resource locking and other matters, and strive to promote cooperation between the two sides, so as to achieve the production of Guzhang County.

Connecting pipeline natural gas is a key step to optimize the energy structure and build a green and low-carbon industrial pattern in western Hunan, and plays an important role in promoting the green transformation and upgrading of local traditional industries.
