摘要概述了国内大型LNG接收站的冷能综合利用现状,分析了其发展应用的制约因素,并提出了相应对策,为LNG冷能综合利用提供新的发展思路。造成我国LNG冷能利用形式比较单一,冷火用利用率偏低的原因,主要受制于接收站匹配性、LNG介质安全性、周边及环境因素、国内冷能技术等因素。与之相对应的对策为:做大储气规模,优化运营规则,保障LNG冷能平稳输出;统筹区域建设,协同多元服务,构建LNG冷能产业链;引进成熟工艺,强化技术革新,推动LNG冷能技术国产化;坚持因地制宜,实现梯级利用,针对不同接收站制定个性化冷能利用方案。The paper summarizes the development of comprehensive utilization of cold energy in large LNG terminals in China,analyzes on the restrictive factors for their development and application,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to provide new development ideas.The reasons for the relatively single form of LNG cold energy utilization and the low utilization rate of LNG cold energy in China are mainly due to factors such as the compatibility of receiving stations,the safety of LNG,surrounding and environmental factors,and domestic cold energy technology.The corresponding countermeasures are:a)to expand the scale of gas storage,optimize operational rules,and ensure the stable output of LNG cold energy;b)Coordinate regional construction,coordinate multiple services,and build a LNG cold energy industry chain;c)Introduce mature processes,strengthen technological innovation,and promote the localization of LNG cold energy technology;d)Adhere to adapting measures to local conditions,achieve cascade utilization,and develop personalized cold energy utilization plans for different receiving stations. 机构地区中国成达工程有限公司 出处《山东化工》 CAS 2023年第16期108-110,共3页Shandong Chemical Industry 关键词LNG 冷能利用 制约因素 对策LNG cold energy utilization constraints countermeasure 分类号 TE646 [石油与天然气工程—油气加工工程]
