摘要液化天然气(Liquefied Natural Gas,简称LNG)蕴含大量深冷级冷源,为回收利用这部分冷量,采用空分设备与其联合运行是行之有效的办法。目前,利用LNG冷能制取液态氧氮氩的冷能空分因其具有工艺流程简单、单位液体产品耗能低、绿色环保等特点备受关注,具有很好的开发利用前景。依托江苏杭氧LNG冷能空分的实际运行情况,分析LNG供应温度及组分对全液体空分设备产量的影响,对今后研究设计LNG冷能空分具有指导意义。LNG contains a large number of cryogenic cold sources. In order to recycle this cold,using a joint operation of ASU and LNG is an effective way. Now,cold energy air seperation which makes liquid oxygen,nitrogen and argon by using cold energy from LNG gets much attention due to its simple technical process,low power comsumption of unit liquid product,green environmental protection. It has a good prospect for development.
