摘要基于IGF规则和BV船级社入级规范,研制315 m3,0.7 MPa LNG燃料罐。介绍燃料罐的结构特点,技术参数,关键结构设计和有限元计算。底部出液管采用特殊结构设计,实现燃料自流、持续供液,有效解决泵的气蚀问题,保证船舶运行的稳定性。气罐连接处所,采用1/4圆形壁和3/4方形壁的组合结构设计,既能提高传统方形结构气罐连接处所的承压能力,又能充分利用船舶上有限的空间。有限元计算为燃料罐的长期安全使用提供重要依据。LNG燃料罐为配套船舶提供清洁的动力燃料,符合绿色航运市场要求。Based on IGF code and BV rules,315 m3,0.7 MPa LNG fuel tank was developed.The structure features,technical parameters,key structure design and finite element(FEM)calculation were introduced.Special bottom outlet pipe structure was designed to realize fuel self-flow and continuous fuel supply.Thus the cavitation problem of pump could be solved and the stability of ship operation could be ensured.The combined structure of 1/4 circular wall and 3/4 square wall was adopted in Tank Connection Space(TCS)design,which could improve the pressure bearing capacity of traditional square structure TCS and make full use of the limited space on ship.FEM calculation could provide important basis for the long period safe use of the tank.LNG fuel tank provides clean power fuel for ships,which meets the requirements of green shipping market. 机构地区南通中集能源装备有限公司 出处《低温与特气》 CAS 2021年第4期10-14,共5页Low Temperature and Specialty Gases 关键词LNG 燃料罐 底部出液管 气罐连接处所 有限元计算LNG fuel tank bottom outlet pipe TCS FEM calculation 分类号 TQ051.5 [化学工程] |
