摘要合成氨、甲醇工厂合成装置的放空气中含有CH_4、H_2等具有经济价值的气体,利用深冷分离技术可以回收其中的CH_4和H_2,对企业提高经济效益、减少排放具有重要意义。文中采用ASPEN PLUS化工流程模拟计算软件,对两种不同的合成放空气制取LNG工艺进行模拟,并对两种工艺路线从能耗、投资、操作性等方面进行了分析。结果表明:采用混合制冷工艺制取LNG在能耗上具有优势,采用纯氮气制冷工艺制取LNG在投资上具有优势,分析结果对深冷分离制取LNG的工艺路线选择具有一定的指导意义。The released air of synthesizer of synthetic ammonia and methanol plants contains CH4,H2 and other economically valuable gases.It can be used to recover CH4 and H2 by cryogenic separation technology,which is of great significance for enterprises to improve economic efficiency and reduce emissions.In this paper,ASPEN PLUS chemical process simulation software is used to simulate two different synthetic released air processes for preparing LNG,and the two process routes are analyzed from the aspects of energy consumption,investment and operability.The results show that using hybrid refrigeration technology to prepare LNG has advantages in energy consumption,and using pure nitrogen refrigeration technology to prepare LNG has advantages in investment.The analysis results have certain guiding significance for the process route selection of cryogenic separation to prepare LNG. 关键词合成放空气 LNG 混合制冷 氮气膨胀制冷 ASPENPLUS软件synthetic air release LNG hybrid refrigeration nitrogen expansion refrigeration ASPEN PLUS software |
