8月5日至7日，由中国石油和化学工业联合会主办、陕西延长石油（集团）有限责任公司协办的2024全国石油和化工行业经济形势分析会在西安召开，来自相关部委、企业、行业协会等近千名代表参会。

会议指出，上半年石油和化工行业经济运行总体向好，全行业实现营业收入8万亿元，同比增长5.1%；实现利润4294.7亿元，同比下降1.6%；进出口总额4740.8亿美元。与去年同期相比，行业经济运行明显改善。

从三大板块来看，油气板块营业收入7375.6亿元、同比增长8.7%，实现利润2056.7亿元、同比增长7.7%；炼油板块营业收入同比增长高于3%；化工板块营业收入4.7万亿元、同比增长5.7%，实现利润2154.2亿元、同比增长4.4%。总体来看，上半年我国石油和化工行业呈现出整体回升向好态势。

The meeting pointed out that in the first half of the year, the economic operation of the petroleum and chemical industry was generally good, and the entire industry achieved operating income of 8 trillion yuan, an increase of 5.1%. The profit was 429.47 billion yuan, down 1.6% year-on-year; Imports and exports totaled 474.08 billion U.S. dollars. Compared with the same period last year, the economic operation of the industry has improved significantly.

From the perspective of the three major sectors, the operating income of the oil and gas sector was 737.56 billion yuan, an increase of 8.7%, and the profit was 205.67 billion yuan, an increase of 7.7%. Refining segment operating income growth of more than 3%; The operating income of the chemical sector was 4.7 trillion yuan, up 5.7% year-on-year, and the profit was 215.42 billion yuan, up 4.4% year-on-year. Overall, in the first half of the year, China's petroleum and chemical industry showed an overall rebound to a good trend.
