截至目前,作为“川气东送”工程主供气源的普光气田,已累计生产天然气超1200亿立方米,连续稳产15年,超出设计稳产期7年。
多年来,中国石化中原油田依托国家科技重大专项、国家自然科学基金、中国石化科技攻关重大项目,联合知名企业、高等院校、科研机构等,自主创新探索形成超深特大型高含硫气田长周期安全稳产技术,打造出中国高含硫气田长效开发样本,解决了低孔低渗储量占比达53%、边水体积是气藏的6倍等“有气难采”问题,攻克“水淹”“硫堵”等难题,采收率从投产初期的55%提高到62.1%,增加可采储量317亿立方米;构建形成以“预警、溯源、应急”为核心的长期安全生产关键技术和标准体系,建成气田本质安全网;提升整体开发技术水平和核心装备国产化能力,实现涉硫高端装备国产化率100%,促进采购成本明显降低,助力我国成为全球唯一具备高含硫气田开发装备全产业链的国家。
Up to now, as the main gas supply source of the "Sichuan Gas Transmission to the East" project, the Puguang gas field has produced more than 120 billion cubic meters of natural gas, and has been stable for 15 years, 7 years beyond the designed stable production period.
Over the years, Sinopec Zhongyuan Oilfield, relying on major national science and technology projects, National Natural Science Foundation of China, Sinopec Science and technology research projects, jointly with well-known enterprises, universities and research institutions, has independently explored and developed long-term safe and stable production technologies for ultra-deep and large high-sulfur gas fields, and created long-term development samples of high-sulfur gas fields in China. It has solved the problems of "difficult gas production", such as low porosity and low permeability reserves accounting for 53%, edge water volume is 6 times that of gas reservoirs, overcome the problems of "flooding" and "sulfur blocking", and the recovery rate has increased from 55% in the initial stage of production to 62.1%, increasing the recoverable reserves by 31.7 billion cubic meters. Establish and form a long-term production safety key technology and standard system with "early warning, traceability and emergency" as the core, and build an essential safety net of gas fields; Improve the overall development technology level and the localization capacity of core equipment, achieve the localization rate of 100% of sulfur-related high-end equipment, promote the significant reduction of procurement costs, and help China become the only country in the world with the whole industry chain of high-sulfur gas field development equipment.
