流花4-1油田水下井口距离“海基二号”大约17公里,远距离传输对于电缆电压衰减提出了严峻挑战。此次项目应用的新型变频器可以对电缆电压实行动态补偿,使电压维持在最佳状态。

针对深水油田特点,钻完井团队自主设计研发出新款电压源型变频器,有效实现提质降本增效,并为我国同类型油气田的开发提供了新路径。

The frequency converter is an important equipment to ensure the stable production of oil well. It can control the speed and torque of the electric submersible pump accurately through the cable to realize the effective production adjustment of oil well.

The underwater wellhead of Liuhua 4-1 oilfield is about 17 kilometers away from Haiji No. 2, and long-distance transmission poses a serious challenge to cable voltage attenuation. The new frequency converter used in this project can dynamically compensate the cable voltage, so that the voltage is maintained in the best state.

According to the characteristics of deepwater oil fields, the drilling and completion team independently designed and developed a new voltage-source inverter, which effectively realized the improvement of quality, cost reduction and efficiency, and provided a new path for the development of similar oil and gas fields in China.
