9月30日,在榆树坡公司调度指挥中心,记者看到大屏幕上各项原煤运输数据一览无余,特别是其中的配煤控制系统,只需轻点鼠标,就可远程遥控井下给煤机,实现精准、高效配煤。

“这些操作难度大吗?”记者询问。“很简单,只要通过业务培训,就能上手操控了。”榆树坡公司调度指挥中心调度员爱保柱说。近年来,榆树坡公司坚持智能化改造和数字化转型,集成远程自动化智能化监测控制系统,积极拓展“千里眼”“顺风耳”等高端应用场景,最大程度提高煤矿生产的安全性、高效性,为生产管理和效益提升提供智能支撑。榆树坡公司积极发挥主观能动性,克服地质结构复杂、两大主采区煤质差距大等困难,与高校加强技术合作,在煤仓加装雷达料位计与堆煤传感器,将控制信号上传至地面数据中心,增加给煤机变频器控制,对4套给煤机电控系统进行改造,最终实现了带式输送机、煤仓煤位监测仪及给煤机的智能联动控制,不仅提高了生产效率,还使得现场作业环境更加安全。

如今的这套配煤系统,有了智能化装备和技术的加持,坐在地面远程遥控已成为现实。“之前,配煤都是靠人工操作,只能根据自身经验观察煤量、调节给煤机,可能导致煤质参数不稳定。现在,只需要通过远程操控,就能实现对给煤机的精确控制,保障煤仓出煤量的合理配比,让煤质参数稳步提升。同时,当主斜井皮带机突然停机后,能做到及时关闭给煤机,形成了连锁控制保护,杜绝堆煤事故发生,彻底消除现场岗位工的安全隐患。”看着如今智能化矿井建设带来的显著改变,榆树坡公司机电队副队长张鑫说。
