“这些操作难度大吗？”记者询问。“很简单，只要通过业务培训，就能上手操控了。”榆树坡公司调度指挥中心调度员爱保柱说。近年来，榆树坡公司坚持智能化改造和数字化转型，集成远程自动化智能化监测控制系统，积极拓展“千里眼”“顺风耳”等高端应用场景，最大程度提高煤矿生产的安全性、高效性，为生产管理和效益提升提供智能支撑。榆树坡公司积极发挥主观能动性，克服地质结构复杂、两大主采区煤质差距大等困难，与高校加强技术合作，在煤仓加装雷达料位计与堆煤传感器，将控制信号上传至地面数据中心，增加给煤机变频器控制，对4套给煤机电控系统进行改造，最终实现了带式输送机、煤仓煤位监测仪及给煤机的智能联动控制，不仅提高了生产效率，还使得现场作业环境更加安全。

如今的这套配煤系统，有了智能化装备和技术的加持，坐在地面远程遥控已成为现实。“之前，配煤都是靠人工操作，只能根据自身经验观察煤量、调节给煤机，可能导致煤质参数不稳定。现在，只需要通过远程操控，就能实现对给煤机的精确控制，保障煤仓出煤量的合理配比，让煤质参数稳步提升。同时，当主斜井皮带机突然停机后，能做到及时关闭给煤机，形成了连锁控制保护，杜绝堆煤事故发生，彻底消除现场岗位工的安全隐患。”看着如今智能化矿井建设带来的显著改变，榆树坡公司机电队副队长张鑫说。
