华阳股份日前在投资互动平台表示，绿色矿山是指在矿产资源开发全过程中，实施科学有序开采，对矿区及周边生态环境扰动控制在可控制范围内，实现环境生态化、开采方式科学化、资源利用高效化、管理信息数字化和矿区社区和谐化的矿山。

并强调，公司一直以“发展绿色矿山、建设绿色矿业”的指导思想，以打造生态绿色矿山、数字智慧矿山、人文和谐矿山为目标，将绿色生态理念与实践贯穿于矿产资源开发利用全过程。

公司现拥有一矿、新景、平舒、榆树坡4座绿色矿山，二矿目前也正在申报绿色矿山。同时公司也是国内第一批率先采用智能化生产的煤炭企业，截至目前，公司累计建成6座智能化煤矿、1座智能化选煤厂，其中一矿为国家首批智能化示范煤矿；累计建成126处智能化采掘工作面。

华阳股份还介绍到，煤炭市场价格取决于供需关系，近期公司不同煤种价格均有一定幅度上升。

新建煤矿方面，华阳股份称，七元矿将于12月份进入联合试运转阶段。

Huayang shares also introduced that the coal market price depends on the relationship between supply and demand, and the prices of different coal types of the company have risen to a certain extent recently.

In terms of new coal mines, Huayang said that the Qiyuan mine will enter the joint trial operation stage in December.
