营山县城东污水处理厂一期设计处理能力5万方/天，处理排放标准执行《岷江、沱江流域水污染物排放标准》，采用“预处理＋改良AAO生化池＋深床反硝化滤池＋紫外消毒”处理工艺，项目建设包括粗格栅及提升泵房、细格栅及曝气沉砂池、改良型AAO生化池和厂外附属配套污水管网、中水回用管网等。

项目自2022年10月开工建设以来，项目团队本着“干一项工程、立一座丰碑”理念，积极主动作为，克服种种不利因素影响，充分发挥 EPC项目牵头作用，城东污水处理厂从“一张蓝图”到“实景画卷”，跑出了项目建设“加速度”，为完成营山县城镇污水治理两年攻坚任务目标打下坚实基础。

据悉，城东污水处理厂全面投用后将提高营山县污水处理能力和出水水质。其中，3万方尾水经处理后回用作为县城走马岭河的生态补水，剩余2万方尾水就近排入北门河，为河道源头注入活水，从而改善城镇水环境质量。项目建成后将从根本上解决营山县污水处理设施严重超负荷运行、环境破坏污染生态系统等问题。对提高污水收集处理率，保护城市水环境、保障城市科学绿色发展具有重要意义。

The first phase of Yingshan County Chengdong sewage Treatment plant has a designed treatment capacity of 50,000 square meters/day. The treatment and discharge standards implement the discharge standards of water pollutants in Minjiang and Tuojiang River Basins. The treatment process of "pretreatment + improved AAO biochemical tank + deep bed denitrification filter + ultraviolet disinfection" is adopted. The project construction includes coarse grid and lifting pump house, fine grid and aerated sand settling tank, improved AAO biochemical tank, auxiliary sewage network outside the plant, water reuse network, etc.

Since the construction of the project began in October 2022, the project team has been actively acting in line with the concept of "doing a project and setting up a monument", overcoming various adverse factors and giving full play to the leading role of the EPC project, and the East sewage treatment plant has run out of the "acceleration" of the project construction from "a blueprint" to "real picture scroll". It lays a solid foundation for completing the two-year task target of urban sewage treatment in Yingshan County.

It is reported that after the city east sewage treatment plant is fully put into operation, it will improve the sewage treatment capacity and effluent quality of Yingshan County. Among them, 30,000 square meters of tail water are reused as ecological water supply for the Zumaling River in the county town after treatment, and the remaining 20,000 square meters of tail water are discharged into the Beimen River nearby to inject fresh water into the source of the river, thereby improving the quality of the urban water environment. After the completion of the project, it will fundamentally solve the serious overload operation of sewage treatment facilities in Yingshan County, environmental damage and pollution of the ecosystem. It is of great significance to improve the rate of sewage collection and treatment, protect the urban water environment and guarantee the scientific and green development of the city.
