近日，省环保集团所属省环境工程技术有限公司与南京溧水环境集团有限公司（以下简称溧水环境集团）签订战略合作协议。工程技术公司党委书记、董事长、总经理涂勇，溧水环境集团党委书记、董事长戴志盛出席签约仪式并讲话，工程技术公司副总经理孙兆海、溧水环境集团总经理金玉峰代表双方签约，溧水区政府党组成员、南京国家农高区管委会（筹）副主任刘人祥出席签约仪式并见证签约。
