日前，由宁波太极环保设备有限公司承接的重庆耀辉环保有限公司烟气处理装置顺利竣工。此项目共包含污泥深度烘干机烟气NOx、CO、和VOCs处理项目和侧吹炉烟气脱硫项目，项目采用的装置分别为太极环保自主研发的DS-多相反应器和DS-燃净热能系统装置。

重庆耀辉环保有限公司污泥深度烘干机烟气NOx、CO、和VOCs处理项目。主要包含烟气脱硫系统与SCR脱硝系统，烟气脱硫系统主要采用石灰-石膏法脱硫工艺。 烟气处理前，烟气量为65000m3/h(工况)，二氧化硫浓度为3000mg/Nm3， 氮氧化物≤500mg/Nm3，烟气处理后，二氧化硫浓度≤35mg/Nm3，氮氧化物≤50mg/Nm3，一氧化碳＜80mg/Nm3。

重庆耀辉环保有限公司侧吹炉烟气脱硫项目。主要包含烟气脱硫系统，使用1台6m2富氧侧吹熔炼炉设备。烟气处理前，烟气量为35000m3/h（标况），二氧化硫浓度≤30000mg/Nm3，颗粒物≤20mg/Nm3，烟气处理后，二氧化硫浓度≤35mg/Nm3，颗粒物≤10mg/Nm3。

It mainly includes flue gas desulphurization system and SCR denitration system, and the flue gas desulphurization system mainly adopts lime-gypsum desulphurization process. Before flue gas treatment, the smoke volume is 65000m3/h(working condition), the sulfur dioxide concentration is 3000mg/Nm3, and the nitrogen oxide is ≤500mg/Nm3. After flue gas treatment, the sulfur dioxide concentration is ≤35mg/Nm3, the nitrogen oxide is ≤50mg/Nm3, and the carbon monoxide is < 80mg/Nm3.
