此次双方合作重点聚焦于低值可回收物分选、利用以及相关环境综合服务等关键领域。一方面，双方将共同推进生活垃圾端低值可回收物的分选、收集、再利用研究和项目推进，基于现有项目和市场，推动生活垃圾转运站的新建和升级改造，增加低值可回收物的机械化分选环节，不断提升生活垃圾中废塑料的分选比例和分选质量，实现低值可回收物，尤其是低值废塑料的再利用；另一方面，将充分利用资源，开展城市固废清运转运、道路清扫保洁、公共空间管理维护、市政管养等城市环境综合服务领域的合作。

经过深入交流与探讨，双方初步以贵州省内转运站低值可回收物再利用项目、云南省内转运站升级改造项目、广东省内环卫一体化服务及转运体系升级改造项目为支点开展合作，互相结合各自的市场资源和技术优势，共同推进城乡环境卫生综合服务项目及低值废塑料资源化综合利用项目，不断深化双方合作深度与广度。

On the one hand, the two sides will jointly promote the sorting, collection and reuse research and project promotion of low-value recyclables at the end of domestic waste, based on existing projects and markets, promote the new construction and upgrading of domestic waste transfer stations, increase the mechanized sorting process of low-value recyclables, constantly improve the sorting proportion and sorting quality of waste plastics in domestic waste, and achieve low-value recyclables. In particular, the reuse of low-value waste plastics; On the other hand, resources will be fully utilized to carry out cooperation in the field of urban environmental comprehensive services, such as urban solid waste cleaning and transportation, road cleaning and cleaning, public space management and maintenance, and municipal management and maintenance.

After in-depth exchanges and discussions, the two sides initially carried out cooperation on the low-value recyclable reuse project of Guizhou provincial transfer station, Yunnan provincial transfer station upgrade and transformation project, Guangdong provincial environmental sanitation integration service and transfer system upgrade and transformation project, combining their respective market resources and technical advantages. Jointly promote urban and rural environmental health comprehensive service projects and low-value waste plastic comprehensive utilization projects, and constantly deepen the depth and breadth of cooperation between the two sides.
