银江水电站位于攀枝花市城区，是国家第二轮西部大开发标志工程之一，共装备6台灯泡贯流式水轮发电机组，转轮直径达7.95米，为世界第一、单机容量65兆瓦，为亚洲第一。电站计划于2024年底实现首台机组发电，2025年12月全部发电。

公司此次运输的转子支架宽度达到了8.05米，需要从云南水富港运至四川攀枝花银江水电站现场，项目运输难度大，且电站业主为保证发电时间，对运输周期的要求特别严格。为了更高效的将设备运输到电站，公司工程物流事业部组建了以事业部领导、项目经理、技术工程师等为成员的项目攻坚团队。

转子支架于5月中旬在云南水富码头完成装货，在办理超限运输证过程中，因原路线G85银昆高速水富至昭通路段中突遇塌方，道路抢修和恢复时间预计将推迟到6月底，转子支架运输将面临短时间无法到达从而影响业主工期的风险。在此情况下，项目团队高度重视，一方面积极协调当地主管部门，另一方面项目经理和技术工程师前往路勘，力争开辟寻找新的路线，绕过塌方地段。

Yinjiang Hydropower Station is located in the urban area of Panzhihua City, is one of the national second round of western development symbol project, equipped with a total of 6 bulb tubular turbine generator sets, runner diameter of 7.95 meters, for the world's first, single capacity of 65 MW, for Asia's first. The first unit is scheduled to generate electricity by the end of 2024 and all power will be generated by December 2025.

The width of the rotor support transported by the company reached 8.05 meters, which needed to be transported from Shuifu Port in Yunnan Province to the site of Yinjiang Hydropower Station in Panzhihua, Sichuan. The project transportation was difficult, and the owner of the power station had strict requirements on the transportation cycle in order to ensure the generation time. In order to transport the equipment to the power station more efficiently, the engineering logistics division of the company has set up a project team with leaders, project managers, technical engineers and other members.

The rotor support was loaded at Shuifu Wharf in Yunnan Province in mid-May. In the process of handling the over-limit transport certificate, due to a sudden collapse in the section of the original route G85 Yinkun Expressway Shuifu to Zhaotong, the road repair and recovery time is expected to be delayed to the end of June, and the rotor support transportation will face the risk of being unable to arrive in a short time, thus affecting the construction period of the owner. In this case, the project team attaches great importance to, on the one hand, actively coordinating the local authorities, on the other hand, the project manager and technical engineers went to the road survey, and strive to find a new route to bypass the collapse area.
