6月30日，由水电十四局承建的澜沧江上游水电站3号机组圆满完成72小时试运行，机组运行所有关键指标数据远超国家标准，均达到业主“精品机组”的要求。7月1日，电站地下厂房举行3号机组交接仪式，正式投产发电，顺利实现“一月双投”的佳绩。

澜沧江上游水电站位于云南省迪庆州维西傈僳族自治县中路乡境内，总装机容量为1400兆瓦，安装4台单机容量为350兆瓦的混流式机组。是澜沧江“一库七级”开发方案中的第四个梯级电站，是“西电东送”的骨干工程，

云南省“四个一百”重点建设工程，云南省打造世界一流“绿色能源牌”的优质绿色能源，云南省“十四五”期间唯一投产发电的百万级水电站。电站建成后，预计年平均发电量可达62.3亿度，相当于每年节约标准煤约193万吨，减少二氧化碳排放量约507万吨，为云南省和广东省提供源源不断的清洁能源。

Located in Zhonglu Township, Lisu Autonomous County, Weixi, Diqing Prefecture, Yunnan Province, the hydropower station on the upper reaches of the Lancang River has a total installed capacity of 1400 MW and four mixed-flow units with a single capacity of 350 MW are installed. It is the fourth cascade power station in the Lancang River "seven levels of one reservoir" development plan, the backbone project of "West-east power transmission", the "four hundred" key construction projects in Yunnan Province, Yunnan Province to build the world's first-class "green energy brand" high-quality green energy, and the only million-level hydropower station put into production during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period in Yunnan Province. After the completion of the power station, it is expected that the annual average power generation will reach 6.23 billion KWH, equivalent to saving about 1.93 million tons of standard coal per year, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by about 5.07 million tons, and providing a steady stream of clean energy for Yunnan Province and Guangdong Province.
