主蒸汽管道采用大厚壁合金钢管道材质，对焊接工艺有着特殊要求。开焊前，项目部制定了严密的施工计划，通过线上视频、线下会议多次讨论主蒸汽安装方案、焊接方案、特措方案，对安装逻辑、施工过程采用三维动画进行模拟，并对现场施工组织、人员、设备进行周密部署和专项交底，全力保证主蒸汽管道焊接顺利完成。同时，为提高施工效率，践行“宜模则模”模块化施工理念，项目部将主蒸汽临时支撑和垂直立管进行集成整体模块化预制安装。

8月份的三门现场酷暑难耐，焊工师傅们热情不减，在“烤”验中实现了三门核电二期工程核岛首道焊口焊接开门红，标志着三门核电二期工程3号机组二回路管道安装工作已全面进入攻坚阶段，为3号机组安全壳顶封头就位里程碑节点实现、厂房内主蒸汽管道安装打下了坚实的基础!
