宁德核电科技与数字化业务办公室(以下简称“科数办”)自2023年启动技术标准体系建设工作以来,主动协调国内标准化技术委员会的秘书单位联合筛选宁德核电具备标准转化潜力的项目,与宁德核电技术部门成立项目组协作推进申报工作。该《方法》由化学环保部起草,先后通过国内标准化技术委员会秘书单位形式审查、国标立项资格评审、国标委立项审查。《方法》研制周期为18个月,将围绕仪器设备、试剂材料、分析步骤、仪器刻度及结果计算等,规范核电厂气载流出物中氪-85的分析方法,提高测量准确度。此外,该方法还同步申报ISO标准,向世界介绍我国核电厂液闪法分析气载流出物中氪-85的成功经验。

目前宁德核电技术标准体系建设初见成效,1项牵头ISO国际标准通过国内评审,1项牵头GB国家标准正式立项,2项牵头NB行业标准通过立项评审(待正式文件下发),另有牵头团体标准生效2项、立项4项。后续科数办将继续完善宁德核电技术标准体系建设,推动宁德核电高质量发展。

Since the construction of the technical standard system started in 2023, Ningde Nuclear Power Technology and Digital Business Office (hereinafter referred to as the "Science and Data Office") has taken the initiative to coordinate the secretary unit of the domestic standardization Technical Committee to jointly screen the projects with standard conversion potential of Ningde Nuclear Power, and set up a project team with the technical department of Ningde Nuclear Power to cooperate to promote the declaration work. The "Method" was drafted by the Ministry of Chemical Environmental Protection, and has passed the form review of the secretary unit of the domestic standardization Technical Committee, the qualification assessment of the national standard project, and the project review of the National Standard Committee. The development cycle of the "Method" is 18 months, which will standardize the analysis method of krypton-85 in the air-borne effluent of nuclear power plants around instruments and equipment, reagent materials, analysis steps, instrument calibration and result calculation, etc., to improve the measurement accuracy. In addition, the method also declared the ISO standard simultaneously, and introduced to the world the successful experience of analyzing krypton-85 in air-borne effluents by liquid flash method in nuclear power plants in China.

At present, the construction of Ningde nuclear power technical standard system has achieved initial results, 1 led ISO international standard through the domestic review, 1 led GB national standard formally established the project, 2 led NB industry standards through the project review (to be issued formal documents), and 2 led group standards took effect, 4 projects. Subsequently, the Office of Science and Data will continue to improve the construction of the technical standard system of Ningde Nuclear Power and promote the high-quality development of Ningde Nuclear Power.
