面对混凝土体量大，基底标高多且高差大，钢筋层数多且密集及复杂的地质条件等挑战，为确保浇筑顺利进行，在公司党委的部署下，石岛湾核电项目部采取了系列措施加快推进节点完成：

锚定重要节点，协同攻坚。项目部团队积极主动作为，自5月开始调整工程协调会形式，以常规岛和联合泵房“双FCD”为目标，每周组织召开工程协调例会梳理FCD及“FCD+6”的先决条件准备情况，对重点工作实行日跟踪机制管理模式，确保本次FCD各环节万无一失。

坚持安全第一，警钟长鸣。项目部切实践行核安全文化，落实双重预防机制，紧紧围绕现场施工，分层级做好安全风险辨识和预警，现场设置了完善的安全防护设施，施工人员严格遵守安全操作规程，管理人员加强安全巡查和监督，确保了施工过程零事故。

稳固质量基石，精益求精。项目部始终坚持高标准、严要求，从细微的数据测量到详尽的记录审核，每一环节均经严格自查，顺利完成了常规岛首次监督检查。浇筑前仔细检查模板、钢筋、埋件，确保基础稳固;浇筑时，精准调控混凝土配比与浇筑速率，严格控制振捣频次，保障结构均匀密实;浇筑后，及时进行混凝土养护并监测温度变化，有效杜绝裂缝风险。

发扬斗争精神，履职担当。项目部组织动员各党支部成立了党员突击队、青年先锋队，以“党徽在胸前、党性扬在阵前、党员冲在最前”的“三在三前”行动为抓手，积极开展党员身边“无事故、无隐患、无违章”的“三无”活动，充分发挥党员先锋模范作用，全力保障混凝土浇筑顺利，让党旗在项目一线高高飘扬。

The team of the project department has taken the initiative to adjust the form of the project coordination meeting since May, with the regular island and the joint pump house "double FCD" as the goal, organizing weekly project coordination meetings to organize the preparation of the prerequisites of FCD and "FCD+6", and implementing the daily tracking mechanism management mode for key work to ensure that all aspects of the FCD are fool-free.

Adhere to safety first, the alarm bell ringing. The project Department earnestly practices the nuclear safety culture, implements the dual prevention mechanism, closely focuses on the site construction, and does a good job of safety risk identification and early warning at different levels. Perfect safety protection facilities are set up on the site, construction personnel strictly abide by the safety operation procedures, and management personnel strengthen safety inspection and supervision to ensure zero accidents in the construction process.

Solid quality cornerstone, excellence. The project department has always adhered to high standards and strict requirements, from subtle data measurement to detailed record review, every link has been strictly self-checked, and successfully completed the first supervision and inspection of the regular island. Carefully check the formwork, steel bars and embedded parts before pouring to ensure that the foundation is stable; When pouring, precise control of concrete ratio and pouring rate, strict control of vibration frequency, to ensure uniform and dense structure; After pouring, the concrete should be cured in time and the temperature change should be monitored to effectively eliminate the risk of cracks.

Carry forward the spirit of struggle and perform their duties.
