近日，陕西省发改委公布《关于陕西省2024年风电光伏发电保障性并网项目竞争性配置结果的公示》，中国能建陕西院自主开发的中电工程陇县10万千瓦风电项目取得建设指标。至此，陕西院已连续四年取得陕西省内新能源项目建设指标。该项目位于陕西省宝鸡陇县，总装机容量10万千瓦，项目建成后将带动陇县经济发展，补强当地新能源产业链，助力产业转型升级。

2020年至今，陕西院共取得新能源指标累计容量63万千瓦，提前完成“十四五”新能源开发指标任务。稳步推进新能源指标获取，是陕西院认真贯彻落实中国能建《若干意见》、“1466”和“四新”能建战略，紧密围绕“四大转型”发展理念，在新能源业务开发建设部署中取得的重大成果。陕西院坚持深耕细作区域市场，利用属地优势，剖析项目当地能源结构现状，深入研究开发商业模式，依托集团引进新能源产业链，抢占市场竞争制高点，为新能源项目开发打下坚实基础。

下一阶段，陕西院将加快推进项目建设实施落地，助力当地绿色能源发展。

At this point, Shaanxi Institute has achieved four consecutive years of new energy project construction indicators in Shaanxi Province. The project is located in Longxian County, Baoji, Shaanxi Province, with a total installed capacity of 100,000 kilowatts. After completion of the project, it will drive the economic development of Longxian County, strengthen the local new energy industry chain, and help industrial transformation and upgrading.

Since 2020, Shaanxi Institute has achieved a total cumulative capacity of 630,000 kilowatts of new energy indicators, and completed the "14th Five-Year Plan" new energy development indicators task ahead of schedule. Steadily promoting the acquisition of new energy indicators is a major achievement in the development, construction and deployment of new energy business achieved by Shaanxi Institute in earnestly implementing the "Several Opinions", "1466" and "Four new" strategies of China Energy Construction, closely focusing on the "four major transformation" development concept. Shaanxi Institute adheres to the in-depth cultivation of the regional market, makes use of territorial advantages, analyzes the current situation of the local energy structure of the project, in-depth research and development of business models, and relies on the group to introduce new energy industry chain, seize the commanding heights of market competition, and lay a solid foundation for the development of new energy projects.
