10月10日6时16分,宁德核电二期工程5号机组核岛钢衬里模块1(首个模块)开始吊装,于7时58分顺利就位,历时1小时42分,整个吊装过程安全质量可控。

宁德核电5号机组核岛钢衬里模块1由底板和截锥体组成,直径43.112米,高度3.146米,模块1自重108.494吨,吊装重量247.431吨,采用2000吨级履带式起重机吊装,经提升、旋转、落钩等环节,最终顺利吊装就位,为后续核岛厂房连续施工奠定了坚实基础。

为高质量完成宁德核电5号机组核岛模块1吊装工作,宁德核电工程管理部与中广核工程宁德项目部等合作单位紧密合作,高效协同,认真开展吊装前整体尺寸检查、吊装先决条件检查,组织各参建方开展吊装专项方案交底,全程见证模块1吊装过程,确保吊装顺利进行。
