今年以来，延安能化公司认真落实陕西省工业稳增长部署，牢牢把握“实干为先、改革为要、合规为基”工作主线，紧贴市场需求，加速释放优质产能。截至6月5日，该公司累计生产各类化工产品 53.92万吨。其中，生产聚烯烃31.61万吨，完成年计划的50.33%；生产正丁醇10.05万吨，完成年计划的52.89%；生产2-PH及正戊醛3.66万吨，完成年计划的55.29%；生产乙丙橡胶0.73万吨，完成年计划的69.52%，各项工作整体呈现稳中向好的发展态势。

在生产组织过程中，该公司在总结以往经验基础上，按照对标创优、全面达标、攻关突破的原则，对不同装置确定差异化的年度管理目标，分类施策，全面提升，推动各套装置安全、稳定高负荷运行，化工产品总量、甲醇、MTO双烯、正丁醇、2-PH及正戊醛产量均创历史同期新高。

特别值得一提的是，该公司还认真落实“分管领导周落实、总经理月推进、党委书记季协调”技术攻关工作机制，ACO和乙丙橡胶装置技术攻关取得阶段性成效，为完成全年生产任务注入全新发展动能。

As of June 5, the company has produced a total of 539,200 tons of various chemical products. Among them, 316,100 tons of polyolefin was produced, 50.33% of the annual plan. Production of n-butanol 100,500 tons, 52.89% of the annual plan; 36,600 tons of 2-PH and n-valeraldehyde were produced, 55.29% of the annual plan. The production of ethylene propylene rubber was 0.73 million tons, completing 69.52% of the annual plan, and the overall work showed a steady and good development trend.

In the process of production organization, on the basis of summarizing previous experience, the company determines differentiated annual management objectives for different devices in accordance with the principles of standard excellence, comprehensive standards and breakthroughs, and gives classified policies to comprehensively improve and promote the safe, stable and high-load operation of each set of devices. The output of total chemical products, methanol, MTO diene, n-butanol, 2-PH and n-valeraldehyde all reached a record high in the same period.

In particular, it is worth mentioning that the company has also seriously implemented the technical research working mechanism of "weekly implementation of the responsible leader, monthly promotion of the general manager, and quarterly coordination of the Party secretary", and the technological research of ACO and ethylene-propylene rubber devices has achieved phased results, injecting new development momentum into the completion of the annual production task.
