该项目主要建设内容包括新建污水处理厂1座，近期规模为每天1400立方米，远期规模为每天2100m立方米；新建一体化提升泵站2座，规模分别为每天600立方米及250立方米；新建污水管道总长23.03公里，同时配套建设检查井、沉泥井、接户井、排泥井、改造化粪池等。项目建成后，可以有效缓解两院区域的污水处理压力，极大改善周边流域水质及生态环境，进一步满足区域内日益增长的污水处理需求，助力提高城市水环境质量。

验收组一行深入施工现场，重点查看了地下箱体设备安装质量和运行效果，综合楼中控室配套设施完善程度，1、2号泵站各项性能指标，污水管网布置，接户管入户情况等，听取了项目部关于施工工艺、施工质量控制、安全文明施工的汇报以及各参建单位的总结，一致认为参建各方认真履行职责，工程建设满足设计及规范要求，符合国家验收标准，同意通过初步验收。
