8月31日下午15:18，揭西县生活垃圾环保处理中心项目锅炉点火一次成功，标志着项目又一重要节点顺利完成，为下一步“72+24”小时试运行奠定坚实基础。

项目配置1台600t/d机械炉排焚烧炉、1套中温次高压余热锅炉和1台15MW凝汽式汽轮发电机组，焚烧炉及余热炉重达1800吨且锅炉型式特别，安装工艺复杂，焊口多达5400个。项目团队多次组织研讨、不断优化施工方案，克服连续降雨、进场道路陡坡大、设备超宽、超长、超重等多重挑战，最终实现锅炉点火一次成功。

揭西县生活垃圾环保处理中心是广东省重点建设项目，规划建设规模为处理生活垃圾600吨/日、餐厨垃圾100吨/日，年发电量约1亿度。项目建成后将助推揭西实现生活垃圾处置“减量化、无害化、资源化”，为改善当地人居环境贡献广东环保力量。

下一步，揭西县生活垃圾环保处理中心项目将继续落实“六位一体”要求，向“72+24”小时试运行节点发起全力冲刺，确保项目建设安全、优质、高效完成。

At 15:18 on August 31, the boiler of the Jiexi County domestic waste Environmental Protection Treatment Center project was successfully ignited, marking the successful completion of another important node of the project and laying a solid foundation for the next "72+24" hours of trial operation.

The project is equipped with 1 600t/d mechanical grate incinerator, 1 set of medium temperature sub-high pressure waste heat boiler and 1 15MW condensed-steam turbine generator set. The incinerator and waste heat furnace weigh 1800 tons, and the boiler type is special, the installation process is complex, and the number of welding joints is up to 5,400. The project team organized several discussions and continuously optimized the construction plan to overcome multiple challenges such as continuous rainfall, steep slope of the approach road, super wide, super long and overweight equipment, and finally achieved a successful boiler ignition.

Jiexi County domestic waste environmental protection treatment Center is a key construction project in Guangdong Province, with a planned construction scale of 600 tons of domestic waste/day and 100 tons of kitchen waste/day, and an annual power generation of about 100 million KWH. After the completion of the project, it will help Jiexi realize the "reduction, harmless and resource" of domestic waste disposal, and contribute Guangdong's environmental protection force to improve the local living environment.

In the next step, the Jiexi County household waste environmental protection treatment Center project will continue to implement the "six in one" requirements, and launch a full sprint to the "72+24" hour trial operation node to ensure the safe, high-quality and efficient completion of the project construction.
