近日，中国能建葛洲坝生态环保公司海口市美兰区主城区排水管网改造工程项目、海口市海甸岛片区排水管网更新改造工程项目举行签约仪式。美兰区委副书记、区长吴升娇，中国能建葛洲坝生态环保公司党委书记、董事长杨贞武出席仪式并讲话。

吴升娇在讲话中表示，海口市是国务院确定的城市排水防涝补短板的60个重点城市之一，此次2个项目实施后，将有力破解雨污合流难题，有效缓解积涝问题。希望葛洲坝生态环保公司发挥人才、技术及管理优势，高标准、高质量、高效率推进项目实施。美兰区委、区政府将以最优质环境、最高效服务、最充分保障，为项目加快推进创造条件，将其打造成优质民生工程、亮点示范工程。

杨贞武感谢海口市美兰区委、区政府对葛洲坝生态环保公司的信任和支持。他表示，公司将高度重视、精心组织，加快推进2个项目建设，为海口市基础设施建设与民生福祉贡献葛洲坝生态环保智慧和力量。希望双方加强沟通、深化合作，共同打造央地合作新样板，高效助力海口市经济社会高质量发展。
