近日，东江环保所属公司珠海永兴盛废塑料资源化热熔胶粒项目顺利完成生产调试。此次废塑料资源化热熔胶粒项目的成功调试，解锁了东江环保将塑料废物从无害化处置转化为资源化利用的关键技术难题，是项目进展中的标志性节点。该项目后期不仅可为公司带来新的经济增长点，也为固废循环利用注入了新的活力。

我国每年都会产生大量废旧塑料制品，由于塑料不易分解，简单的焚烧、填埋会给环境造成二次污染，给社会造成巨大的环境负担。但大部分塑料制品都是可以回收再利用的，加强废塑料资源化回收利用，对于减少资源浪费、推动生态文明建设、保障国家能源安全具有重要意义。今年2月，国务院办公厅印发的《关于加快构建废弃物循环利用体系的意见》，为推进废塑料回收利用提供了指引。

东江环保珠海永兴盛积极响应上级号召，聚焦科技创新和成果转化，针对低值废塑料回收利用技术难题，组建了专业的技术团队和管理团队，创新塑料热熔造粒工艺，利用不同材质塑料热熔点的不同，生产出再生聚丙烯（PP）和再生聚乙烯（PE）。这类产品具有广泛的应用前景，可用于包装、印刷、家具、电子等多个领域。

China will produce a large number of waste plastic products every year, because plastic is not easy to decompose, simple incineration, landfill will cause secondary pollution to the environment, causing a huge environmental burden to society. However, most plastic products can be recycled, and strengthening the recycling of waste plastics is of great significance for reducing resource waste, promoting the construction of ecological civilization, and ensuring national energy security. In February this year, the "Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of a waste recycling System" issued by The General Office of the State Council provided guidelines for promoting the recycling of waste plastics.
