近日，为规范学校实验室危险废物管理和处置，有效降低实验室管理安全风险，静安区率先开展行动，区教育局联合区生态环境局携手上海环境集团，深入开展年度中学危险废物集中处置工作。上海环境集团下属上海市固体废物处置有限公司（以下简称“固处公司”）经过反复的摸底调查和方案研究，并指派专业队伍提供现场服务和集中收运，历时2个多月，覆盖18所学校，顺利完成年度全区中学危险废物集中处置工作。

按照危险废物规范化环境管理要求，区教育局督促各学校开展危险废物自查工作，并深入各校调研危废贮存详情，建立详细产废台账，严查过期化学试剂，明确处置需求。静安区生态环境局、上海环境集团凭借专业力量，迅速组织团队，开展上门指导，确保排摸工作精准科学，为后续处置奠定坚实基础。

根据前期排摸情况，区教育局联合上海环境集团印发《关于开展实验室危险废物集中处置工作的通知》，并会同区生态环境局召开全区中学危险废物处置推进会。会上，静安区介绍了本次清运行动中的清运要求、时间安排及注意事项；上海环境集团对服务事项、处置流程进行了详细的说明，确保各环节无缝衔接，明确本次危险废物集中处置工作的“路线图”。

According to the pre-discharge situation, the District Education Bureau jointly issued the Notice on carrying out the centralized disposal of Laboratory Hazardous Waste in Shanghai Environment Group, and jointly held the District's middle school hazardous waste disposal promotion meeting with the District Ecological Environment Bureau. At the meeting, Jing 'an District introduced the clearance requirements, time arrangements and precautions in the clearance action; Shanghai Environment Group made a detailed description of the service matters and disposal process to ensure seamless connection of all links and clarify the "roadmap" for the centralized disposal of hazardous waste.
