海南文昌航天城项目包含科技路-航天大道延长线、南三路两条市政道路，其中南三路是周边新建住宅区的重要公共基础设施，其雨污水管道工程肩负着收集、输送区域雨水、污水的重要功能。

南三路雨污水管道线路总长1902米，其中包含1181米雨水箱涵施工。自项目开工以来，参建人员克服了施工时间紧、征地拆迁难、雨水天气多等诸多困难，累计挖方3.35万立方米、回填2.32万立方米，埋设铸铁管道1954米、混凝土管道1048米，累计浇筑混凝土4950立方米，新建混凝土井119座，以挂图作战的紧迫感、优质履约的责任感，如期完成了雨污水管道铺设任务，项目建设取得了阶段性胜利。

进入九月，海南省仍将雨水不断，为后续施工带来种种挑战。项目部将继续坚守“精雕细琢，百年品质”的质量理念，加强现场管控，压实工作责任，抢抓时间节点，强化协作配合，全力以赴保安全、强质量、抓进度，确保项目稳步推进。

Since the start of the project, the construction personnel have overcome many difficulties such as tight construction time, land expropriation and demolition difficulties, rain and weather. A total of 33,500 cubic meters of excavation, 23,200 cubic meters of backfill, 1,954 meters of cast iron pipes and 1,048 meters of concrete pipes have been buried, 4,950 cubic meters of concrete have been poured, and 119 new concrete Wells have been built. With a sense of urgency in wall chart operations and a sense of responsibility for quality performance, the storm sewer pipeline laying task was completed on schedule, and the project construction achieved a stage victory.

Entering September, Hainan Province will continue to rain, bringing various challenges to the subsequent construction.
