11月16日15时30分，在海事部门3艘海巡艇及9艘大马力拖轮的全程维护下，我国首座大型浮式天然气液化装置“NGUYA  FLNG”轮在江苏南通顺利出坞，这也标志着由我国自主建造的最大吨位、最大储气量的新型海上浮式天然气液化装置基本建成。

  At 15:30 on November16,under the full maintenance of 3 Marine patrol boats and 9 high-horsepower tugs of the maritime department,the first large-scale floating natural gas liquefaction unt "NGUYA FLNG" in China was successfully docked in Nantong,Jiangsu Province, which also marks the completion of a new type of floating natural gas liquefaction unit with the largest tonnage and largest gas storage capacity independently built by China.

 据了解，浮式天然气液化装置（FLNG）是开发海洋天然气资源的“利器”。该设施能够在远离陆地的海域直接将开采出的天然气液化并储存，适用于海上大型气田的开发，是海洋工程装备中建造复杂、造价高昂、附加值大的产品之一，被誉为船舶海工行业“皇冠上的新明珠”。

  It is understood that the floating natural gas liquefaction unit (FLNG) is a "weapon" for the development of Marine natural gas resources. The facility can directly liquefy and store the extracted natural gas in the sea far from the land, which is suitable for the development of large offshore gas fields. It is one of the products with complex construction, high cost and high added value in the Marine engineering equipment, and is known as the"new pearl in the crown" of the Marine industry.

　　此次出坞的“NGUYA  FLNG”轮是为意大利一家企业建造的大型浮式天然气液化装置。它垂线间长350米，型宽60米，型深35米。建成后将部署于刚果（布）附近海域，满负荷状态下，每天可从附近气田接收约3.8亿立方英尺（约合1076万立方米）天然气。目前全球仅有5艘浮式天然气液化装置（FLNG）投入运营。

 The NGUYA FLNG is a large floating natural gas liquefaction unit built for an Italian company. It is 350 meters long between vertical lines, 60 meters wide and 35 meters deep. When completed, it will be deployed in the waters off the Republic of the Congo, and at full capacity, it will receive about 380 million cubic feet (about 10.76 million cubic meters) of natural gas per day from nearby fields. There are currently only five floating natural gas liquefaction units (FLNGS) in operation worldwide.
