浙能舟山六横液化天然气接收站项目位于宁波舟山港六横港区，已纳入国家石油天然气“十四五”发展规划，并列入浙江省重点建设项目、“千项万亿”工程、能源绿色低碳发展和保供稳价工程。项目建成后，将进一步提升浙江省及周边地区天然气供应保障安全，提高区域储气调峰能力，以适应宁波舟山港建设“世界一流强港”及浙江能源产业发展新质生产力的要求，促进长三角地区经济社会发展和能源结构优化，助力“双碳”目标的实现。

今年3月底，海港建设下属工程管理公司成功中标浙能舟山六横液化天然气接收站项目配套码头工程监理标。作为项目的重要部分，该配套码头工程包含建设1个15万吨级LNG泊位，设计年通过能力635万吨，泊位长度为395米，建设工作平台、集液池、引桥、补偿平台、靠船墩、系缆墩、港池及相关配套设施等。

中标后，海港建设第一时间根据工程特点选派了一支业务能力出色、专业素质高、协调能力强的监理队伍，进驻现场一线开展监理工作，保障工程各项工作顺利开展。接下来，海港建设将以参与本次LNG码头监理项目为新起点，持续培育技能扎实、作风优良的工程管理团队，积极参与市场公开竞争，承接更多沿海大型综合性码头监理业务，展现省内水运监理行业“排头兵”风采。

Zhejiang Neng Zhoushan Liuheng liquefied natural Gas Receiving Station project is located in Ningbo Zhoushan Port Liuhenggang District, has been included in the national oil and gas "14th Five-Year Plan" development plan, and included in Zhejiang Province key construction projects, "thousand trillion" project, energy green low-carbon development and supply and stable price project. After the completion of the project, it will further improve the security of natural gas supply in Zhejiang Province and the surrounding areas, improve the regional gas storage and peak regulation capacity, so as to meet the requirements of building Ningbo Zhoushan Port as a "world-class strong port" and developing new quality productivity of Zhejiang's energy industry, promote the economic and social development and energy structure optimization of the Yangtze River Delta region, and help realize the "double carbon" goal.

At the end of March this year, the engineering management company of SEaport Construction successfully won the supervision mark of the supporting terminal project of Zheneng Zhoushan Liuheng liquefied natural gas Receiving Station. As an important part of the project, the supporting wharf project includes the construction of a 150,000-ton LNG berth with a designed annual capacity of 6.35 million tons, a berth length of 395 meters, and the construction of work platform, liquid collection tank, approach bridge, compensation platform, ship pier, mooring pier, harbor pond and related supporting facilities.

After winning the bid, the port construction selected a supervision team with excellent business ability, high professional quality and strong coordination ability according to the characteristics of the project at the first time to carry out supervision work on the site and ensure the smooth development of various works of the project. Next, the port construction will take the participation in the LNG terminal supervision project as a new starting point, continue to cultivate a project management team with solid skills and excellent style, actively participate in open market competition, undertake more large-scale coastal comprehensive terminal supervision business, and show the "vanguard" style of the provincial water transport supervision industry.
