10月17日，随着火炬平台的最后1根灌注桩浇筑完成，由天津疏浚承建的烟台港西港区液化天然气（LNG）项目配套码头工程灌注桩顺利完工。

项目工程总计建设1个15万吨级LNG卸船泊位、1个3万吨级LNG装船泊位、1座火炬平台，配套工程灌注桩共计108根，施工区域地质条件复杂，成孔作业难度大，且施工区域内无防波堤掩护，受风浪影响大。

为此，项目部多次召开工艺研讨会并结合现场实际情况，确定科学合理的施工工艺和施工设备，制定了明确有效的计划，克服了本工程的最大难关，为高质量完成灌注桩施工奠定坚实基础。该项工序的顺利完工为天津疏浚积累高桩码头施工经验具有重要意义。

On October 17, with the completion of the last cast pile of the torch platform, the cast pile of the supporting wharf project of Yantai Port Xigang Area liquefied Natural gas (LNG) project, which was constructed by Tianjin Dredging, was successfully completed.

The project has built a total of 1 150,000-ton LNG unloading berth, 1 30,000 ton LNG loading berth, 1 torch platform, and 108 supporting piles. The geological conditions of the construction area are complicated, the hole formation operation is difficult, and there is no breakwater cover in the construction area, which is greatly affected by wind and waves.

To this end, the project department held several process seminars and combined with the actual situation of the site, determined scientific and reasonable construction technology and construction equipment, formulated a clear and effective plan, overcame the biggest difficulties of the project, and laid a solid foundation for the completion of high-quality pile construction. The successful completion of this process is of great significance for Tianjin Dredging to accumulate construction experience of high pile wharf.
