 “点火!”近日,随着总指挥一声令下,内蒙古华电氢能科技有限公司在包头市达尔罕茂明安联合旗实施的工业天然气掺烧绿氢示范项目成功点火,标志着内蒙古金鄂博氟化工有限责任公司的工业锅炉正式用上掺了绿氢的天然气。    "Fire up!"  据了解,两家企业利用现有天然气管网,将内蒙古华电氢能科技有限公司生产的绿氢掺到内蒙古金鄂博氟化工有限责任公司工业锅炉使用的天然气中,用于生产无水氢氟酸,天然气掺氢比例达到20%,每年可消纳绿氢2000吨,不仅能够有效改善工业天然气的燃烧和传热效率,还能大幅降低二氧化碳和一氧化碳等排放。

 It is understood that the two enterprises use the existing natural gas pipeline network to mix the green hydrogen produced by Inner Mongolia Huadian Hydrogen Technology Co., Ltd. into the natural gas used in the industrial boiler of Inner Mongolia Jinebo Fluorine Chemical Co., Ltd. for the production of anhydrous hydrofluoric acid, and the hydrogen mixing ratio of natural gas reaches 20%, which can consume 2000 tons of green hydrogen per year. It can not only effectively improve the combustion and heat transfer efficiency of industrial natural gas, but also significantly reduce carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide emissions.


  该项目采用“绿电制绿氢、产业用绿氢”的模式。内蒙古华电氢能科技有限公司执行董事王新宇说:“我们引入先进数字储能系统降低绿电供应波动性,搭建‘碱性+PEM’双技术路线,实现供应链稳定制绿氢。”

 The project adopts the mode of "green hydrogen production from green electricity and green hydrogen for industrial use". Wang Xinyu, executive director of Inner Mongolia Huadian Hydrogen Technology Co., LTD., said: "We introduce advanced digital energy storage system to reduce the volatility of green electricity supply, build a 'alkaline +PEM' dual technology route, to achieve a stable supply chain to produce green hydrogen."


  该示范项目是当下内蒙古推进氢能全产业链高质量发展的缩影。近年来,内蒙古绿氢产业从无到有、从小到大,在制氢、储氢、输送、应用等产业链各环节的设想不断变成鲜活的现实场景。

 The demonstration project is the epitome of Inner Mongolia's efforts to promote the high-quality development of the whole hydrogen energy industry chain. In recent years, the green hydrogen industry in Inner Mongolia has grown from scratch and from small to large, and the ideas in various links of the industrial chain such as hydrogen production, hydrogen storage, transportation and application have constantly become fresh and realistic scenes.

  同时,内蒙古拥有全国领先的现代煤化工产业和位居全国前列的重型柴油机车、矿用重型卡车和矿山机械保有量。化工企业的产氢用氢需求和传统燃油车辆向氢燃料电池车的转型,都为氢能应用开辟了广阔前景。              

 At the same time, Inner Mongolia has the country's leading modern coal chemical industry and the number of heavy diesel locomotives, mining heavy trucks and mining machinery in the forefront of the country. The demand for hydrogen for hydrogen production in chemical enterprises and the transformation of traditional fuel vehicles to hydrogen fuel cell vehicles have opened up broad prospects for hydrogen energy applications.


  在鄂尔多斯市国盛利华制氢设备有限公司的生产车间内,工人正在紧张有序地进行制氢电解槽的设备制造。该公司负责人孙维真介绍,今年夏天,他们自主研发的模块化紧凑型低功耗电解水制氢系统已在美国投入运行,这是内蒙古首次出口制氢系统。

 In the production workshop of Ordos Guosheng Lihua Hydrogen Production Equipment Co., LTD., workers are nervously and orderly manufacturing equipment for hydrogen electrolysis cell. Sun Weizhen, head of the company, said that this summer, their self-developed modular compact  low-power  electrolytic water hydrogen production system has been  put into operation in the  United States,  which is the first export  of hydrogen production system in Inner Mongolia.


  在鄂尔多斯市伊金霍洛旗内蒙古圣圆氢能源科技有限公司制氢加氢站,一辆氢能重卡驶入,完成氢气加注。站长苏建军说:“我们站里生产的氢气纯度接近100%,每小时可产氢2000立方米,日加氢量为1吨,可满足60辆氢能重卡的用氢需求。”

 At the hydrogen refueling station of Mongolia Shengyuan Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd. in Yijin Horuo Banner, Ordos City, a hydrogen energy heavy truck entered to complete hydrogen refueling. Su Jianjun, head of the station, said: "The purity of hydrogen produced in our station is close to 100%, and it can produce 2,000 cubic meters of hydrogen per hour, and the daily hydrogen refueling capacity is 1 ton, which can meet the hydrogen demand of 60 hydrogen energy heavy trucks."


  除了已经投产的氢能项目外,内蒙古正在积极推进多个大型氢能项目。其中,四子王旗风光储氢氨一体化示范项目投资189亿元,建成后预计年产绿氢9万吨,每年可减排二氧化碳630多万吨。此外,赤峰远景零碳氢氨项目和中煤鄂尔多斯能源化工有限公司10万吨/年液态阳光项目等重点工程也在稳步推进中。

 In addition to the hydrogen energy projects that have been put into production, Inner Mongolia is actively promoting a number of large-scale hydrogen energy projects. Among them, Siziwang Banner landscape hydrogen storage ammonia integration demonstration project investment of 18.9 billion yuan, after completion is expected to annual output of 90,000 tons of green hydrogen, can reduce carbon dioxide more than 6.3 million tons per year. In addition, key projects such as the Chifeng Vision Zero hydrogen and Ammonia project and the 100,000 tons/year liquid sunshine project of China Coal Ordos Energy and Chemical Co., Ltd. are also steadily advancing.


  内蒙古自治区能源局局长于海宇表示,内蒙古绿氢应用示范项目数量位于全国前列,拥有风光制氢氨醇、绿氢替代、多类型储氢、掺氢火电、氢燃料电池车等多元化应用场景。目前,内蒙古已批复39个风光制氢一体化项目,配置新能源2640万千瓦,制氢规模107万吨/年。

 Yu Haiyu, director of the Energy Bureau of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, said that the number of green hydrogen application demonstration projects in Inner Mongolia is in the forefront of the country, with diversified application scenarios such as wind hydroammonia production, green hydrogen replacement, multi-type hydrogen storage, hydrogen-doped thermal power, and hydrogen fuel cell vehicles. At present, Inner Mongolia has approved 39 solar hydrogen production integration projects, allocating 26.4 million kilowatts of new energy, hydrogen production scale of 1.07 million tons/year.


  为进一步破解氢能产业发展中的难点痛点,内蒙古近期出台《内蒙古自治区绿氢产业先行区行动方案》和《内蒙古自治区绿氢管道建设发展规划》。其中,绿氢管道规划旨在打通上游制氢产业和下游消纳市场,实现大规模、长距离、低成本绿氢储运,通过重点打造绿氢输送管网,全面打通内部消纳和外送通道。

 In order to further solve the difficulties and pain points in the development of hydrogen energy industry, Inner Mongolia recently issued the "Action Plan for the Green Hydrogen Industry Pilot Zone of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region" and the "Green Hydrogen Pipeline Construction and Development Plan of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region". Among them, the green hydrogen pipeline planning aims to open up the upstream hydrogen production industry and the downstream consumption market, achieve large-scale, long-distance,low-cost green hydrogen storage and transportation,and  fully open up the internal consumption and delivery channels by focusing on the construction of green hydrogen transmission  network.


  于海宇表示,内蒙古正在全力打造全国绿氢先行示范区,力争到2025年,初步形成国内领先的氢能制取、储运和应用一体化发展的氢能产业集群,助力自治区能源行业转型升级。

 Yu Haiyu said that Inner Mongolia is making every effort to build a national green hydrogen demonstration zone, and strive to initially form a domestic leading hydrogen energy industry cluster with the integrated development of hydrogen energy production, storage, transportation and application by 2025, to help the autonomous region's energy industry transformation and upgrading.
