由福斯达集团有限公司总承包的泰安深燃15万方∕天液化天然气交钥匙工程项目于2008年3月16日顺利开车成功。此套设备由深圳燃气公司与泰安燃气公司共同投产组建，是国内第一套全国产化的液化天然气设备. 位于山东省泰安市，五岳泰山脚下的泰安深燃液化天然气项目，是由深圳燃气有限公司与泰安燃气有限公司共同投资组建，由杭州福斯达集团有限公司总承包的国内第一套设备全国产化的液化天然气项目，项目一期总投资八千五百万人民币。此项目占地40亩，是山东省泰安市一号市政工程，是一个高技术、高附加值、环保清洁的新兴能源工程。整套项目包括天然气净化系统；天然气液化系统；氮气循环制冷系统；LNG、LPG储存及装车系统；DCS数据集中控制系统；ESD紧急停车系统；主控及监控系统；消防系统等十二大部分共同组成。供应塔机设备130余台、动力设备69余台。整套项目不仅实现了设备100%国产化，也实现了一年内从项目立项到顺利竣工投产，并且一次性开车调试成功。 该项目从2007年3月8日开始筹建，3月28日项目技术方案通过首次评审，5月4日在杭州确定了项目总体建设计划，开始设备选型和采购工作，6月20日完成项目征地并开始进行厂区的三通一平，7月17日北京会议基本确定了具有可操作性的工艺、仪表流程图，7月26日储罐设备破土动工，9月14日第一台设备LNG低温储罐一次吊装成功，9月20日开始进行工艺施工安装，11月30日完成净化系统的主体工艺安装。11月19日冷箱主体进厂吊装成功，12月30日完成工程总体工艺施工，开始进行系统的吹扫、试压和联动调试，2008年1月15日完成DCS系统的安装调试，2008年2月14日进行系统的联动调试，3月8日联动调试成功设备顺利出液。 短短12个月内，泰安深燃日产15万立方米液化天然气工程项目完成了从立项到投产的全部建设工程，该套项目的顺利投产完成创造了中国燃气史上的一个新的里程碑，不仅在建设周期上创造了第一，在技术方面同样创造了多个第一： 我国首个具有自有知识产权的氮气膨胀、循环制冷液化天然气设备，填补了国内在这一技术领域的空白，对我国名族天然气液化事业的发展产生了积极的推动作用；首次实现设备国产化达到100%；首次采用并联双温区的膨胀机制冷技术；首次将等压干燥脱水技术应用于天然气液化系统、净化系统；首次在净化系统采用了导热油炉、单炉双温区共用形式；所采用的单级双列活塞式氮气压缩机位国内最大等技术。 杭州福斯达集团本次液化天然气项目的顺利投产，并且仅用了一年时间完成了以往进口天然气设备需要两年左右时间才能完成的同等规格项目，标志着杭州福斯达又成功迈入了一个新的技术领域。下一套新奥燃气15万方每天液化天然气项目也在加紧进行当中，预计将在今年秋季投产出液。
Taian Shenran 150 Thousand M3 per day LNG Project Put into Production Successfully The 150 thousand M3 per day LNG turn-key project which was full contacted by Hangzhou Fortune Group Co.,Ltd put into production on March 16th,2008. This project was invested by Shenzhen Gas Co. and Taian Gas Co. which is the first all China made LNG plant. Taian Shenran LNG project which was on Taian, Shandong Province was invested by Shenzhen Gas Co. and Taian Gas together, and was contracted by Hangzhou Fortune Group Co. Ltd. This project is the first full China made LNG plant and was invested about 85 million RMB. The project owned 40 unit of area, is the first civism project, and is a high-tech, environmental, and new energy source project. The project includes Nitrogen Gas Purify System, Nitrogen Gas Liquefaction System; Nitrogen Recycling Refrigeration System; LNG、LPG Storage and Load System; DCS Centralize Control System; ESD Urgent Stop System; Main Control and Monitoring System; Fire Control System and other 12 parts. The plant not only make the full China made plant come true, but also finished the project in a year and started up in one time. The project started on March 3rd, 2007, the technology blue print went trough on March 28th, the general plan was confirmed and started the elective and purchase work on May 4th, the site work started at June 20th, the operable technical and instrument flow drawing was confirmed on July 17th, the storage tank foundation started on July 26th, the first LNG storage tank lifting successfully, the technical construction installation started on September 20th, purified system technical installation finished on November 30th, the cold box was lifted successfully on November 19th, the main technical construction has finished on December 30th and the project started the blowing、pressure testing and debugging, the DCS system finished on January 15th,2008, the overall debugging work started on February 14th 2008, the debugging work finished and the plant made liquid Nitrogen Gas on March 8th 2008. In only 12 month, Tanan Shenran 150 thousand M3 per day LNG project has finished the work from the very beginning to the very end. This project has created a milestone on China gas history, it is not only the first on constructing period, but also make many first on technology: The first self-owned intellectual property LNG plant which is nitrogen expanding and recycling refrigerating in China; the first plant which are all made in China; the first plant which use the parallel connection temperature expander refrigerate technology; the first use the pressure dryness vaporizer technology on Nitrogen gas liquefaction and purity system; the first use the deep fat stove technology in purity system; the piston nitrogen compressor is the biggest in China and etc. Hangzhou Fortune Group’s LNG plant has put into production successfully in one year which signed Fortune has entered a new technology field successfully. The next 150 thousand M3 per day LNG plant of Fortune Group which is for Xinao will out into production in autumn of 2008. |
